Bought this TV for our guest bedroom. Amazing sound for stock TV speakers. Feels like a sound bar is connected. The video quality is very comparable to high end TV's. Really good bang for the buck. Setup was very easy as well. A little wider than the newer TV's so if you are planning on mounting, take a look at the width.

I needed a replacement TV for our seldom used family room. This Toshiba had good reviews and was reasonably priced. I'm pleased with the performance and ease of setting it up. The picture is good for use in the family room. Overall a good, low priced TV.

Wow who knew this Tv from Toshiba is amazing the screen is clear and crisp in 1080p and the dts surround sound is mind blowing!!! I usually cant have the Tv up past 5 without it being to loud. Im very happy that I came across this Tv when it was on sale!

I am not sure if I would recommend this TV or if it's just that I have bad luck. I ordered this TV online during Martin Luther King weekend, it wasn't in stock so had to wait for it to arrive at my Best Buy store. Once it arrived, I picked it up took it home and couldn't see any picture. You had to look from an angle and then you saw a faint picture, I returned it and they said the back light went out. Luckily they had them in stock now so I exchanged it and went home with the second TV. After about four days, the right side of the TV's picture began to look fuzzy, packed up everything and took it back. We are now on the third TV, it's been about three weeks and so far I haven't had to make a trip for a fourth TV, but we will wait and see what happens.

This TV is great for the money. It has an excellent picture, great sound, easy to set up. I did a lot of research on looking for a 50" HDTV and this was far ahead of most for the quality, features and picture for the cost.

You simply cannot beat the quality picture and sound of this in a 50 inch tv. I would buy another and I would highly recommend. Granted, we don't use for gaming, etc., but we are very happy with it. Bargain!

I purchased the Toshiba 50 in. 60 HZ TV for my condo in Florida. It produces a great picture for most shows but it is not as clear as my 240 HZ TV when it comes to fast moving sporting events. Controls and menu items are easy to use. Contrast and brightness is great.

Lighter than my 2007 40" HD TV, also Toshiba. Easy to set up, and never even needed to use the remote supplied. This 50" HD TV is crystal clear and it is at a great price. Don't need WiFi and it is outstanding!

This replaced a TV in our Master Bedroom. Great Picture and easy to install. My wife and I brought it home and replaced the old TV in a matter of minutes. Clear brilliant picture. And the price was great also.

Looking for a bigger TV for my living room, this fit the bill. Not only was set up easy (took the hubbs 15 mins total) but the images and audio is awesome. Not only was the superbowl the clearest and most sharp ever, but this TV handles anything you throw at it (provided you change the settings) - movies, sports, music, video games, etc. My boys love the definition when playing xbox 1 AND PS 3 & 4 games. For me this TV out performed a smaller Vizio of similar cost brought a few years ago. Based on the price and how well the TV looks I highly recommend.

I was looking for a television to replace my old projection set and the Toshiba 50 inch LED fit the bill perfectly. Remote is easy to use and the picture rivals much more expensive televisions. For the $299.00 sale price was a no brainer. Have had this tv for a month now and I am very pleased with it. Would highly recommend this tv for someone that just wants a good tv and don't need all the frills.

Wanted to upgrade from my 32" Samsung in my bedroom after I bought a PS4 and was looking at the 40-43" range because I wanted to spend less than $300. I was about to buy a 40" Sharp for 229.99 but found this on sale for 279.99 and thought the extra 10" was worth the $50.00 difference. So far I am pleased with my purchase. In terms of visual quality it's definitely not the best, but it is really solid. I'd say an 8 out of 10. If you're not going to get a 4K tv, I don't see a point in spending a lot on a 1080p, so this is pretty much perfect. And for those worried about smart tv capabilities, a simple chromecast can fix that for you.

We were a little concerned about fitting it in to the space we had planned for it, but it is exactly what we needed. The quality, of course, is excellent, and we are very pleased with it.

My husband and I were looking for a TV at least 50" with a minimum of 2 hdmi with a good picture when we came across this one and it was perfect and on sale besides. We have had it for 3 months now and are quite satisfied with it.

I purchased this as a gift for my boyfriend for Christmas, I had to give it to him early and we hooked it up and the picture is great and has great sound. Especially love how slim it is.

My only complaint is sometimes the sound kinda comes & goes, but not on every station, & it doesn't do it while watching movies. Overall, a great tv for the price. Easy to move around; it's not heavy at all, & easy to set up.

This tv offers excellent picture quality especially for the price. It's clear and has good color. It gives a lot of bang for the buck.

This TV has a good picture and the sound is better than most. I do not have to have a soundbar. Easy set up, too. Can't be beat for the price. Gave it four stars because it is not a 4k.( It doesn't claim to be that quality)

I wasn't in the market for a new TV but found this Toshiba TV on sale. Great price! Not a smart TV which was not an issue since I have a Roku. Extremely sharp picture. Very happy!
