I haven’t opened it yet because it’s a Christmas gift but got a great deal on it. Will update

I brought the TV 13 months ago and all of a sudden there’s a purple spot on the left side of the TV. Of course it’s 1 month past the manufacture warranty. It worked fine up until now.

I returned this and got a Best Buy brand tv, which is far superior in every aspect - picture quality, internet connection and functionality. This TV can’t even cast in 4K (only 1080p). Spend $50 more and get a better TV. It’s not on display for a reason.

We read the reviews, there are Always good and bad but went ahead and bought the TV anyway. After hooking it up we found that we needed to streamline through our phone, tablet or laptop to be able to watch movies on the TV..ex..Netflix..etc. This TV does NOT have wireless capability and everything inputted has to be from an external device. After having to install the App we were still Never able to get the TV to work. I tried my tablet, phone and just gave up. We took it back, BB gave us the refund and we purchased a "Smart TV" that we could hook up to our wireless and are now Happy. We also found the picture on the screen to be fuzzy and Not quite Clear as we had expected.

This is one of the best TVs I have ever bought. Easy set up! Very light weight.

Brought this tv and thought knowing Toshibas past reputation of good products would be a good tv, but was not satisfied with the picture at all sound was ok at best. Returned it and got a 50' Sony and blew the Toshiba away in all areas.
