I purchased this tv and after three weeks did not like the color. No matter how I adjusted it it just didn't look right. Took back for a 50 inch Sony and love it.

I’ve had this tv for about 4 months and it’s already blacking out on my. At first the screen was blacking out every now and then. Now it blacks out whenever we are watching for longer than 20 or 30 mins. Pretty upset.

First we bought this for use in spare bedrooms. Resolution is good, but viewing angle is not ideal. Overall not a bad tv but wouldn’t want it for a main room.

It was great in the beginning but it kept losing the internet and would we would have to set it again and again. Erg!

The chrome cast was a bit difficult to use. I ended up returning it and getting a Toshiba instead.

The television is good. If you want a television with great resolution, I would not recommend it. It is cheap.

For the price we bought it at we except a bit more the chromecast is always disconnecting.

It's good so far and my family Is enjoying it I looks great at the right location in my living room

Good tv for about a year or so... then the blue screen hue color spots starting showing up all over the screen... you get what you pay for sometimes. The best deal isn't always the best deal. Oh well. Live and learn I guess. Have a Great day! :)

The tv worked fine but the Chromecast application/hardware was temperamental.

Its cromecast and I cant seem to access it from anything other tgan my cell phone.

For a tv under 400 dollars had to replace a old one

I am honestly not a happy camper with this tv. If it wasn't too late I would return it. The picture quality is sub par to other TVs/ brands with same status. Additionally the past month or so it has randomly started blacking out and turning on and off. I called geek squad and made an appointment and of course, it starts working again. After I canceled that appointment now it does the same thing. Problem is if it is working when Geek Squad comes they can't really diagnose the problem. Buy a different tv. Will attempt to call in the Geeks again and see what can be done to get the tv working. Otherwise, I may just toss it and buy another tv after only having this one 2 months...

I purchase this product and suppose it was a smart TV. Instead the manual sent to access the internet with your cell without any result. It does not come with the app installed. Every TV smart that I purchased before came ready with Internet access only to setup the internet connection direct in the TV.

it was cheap and nice but the panel is low quality vs the high end brands

Iits performing as expected no problems would recommend this to a friend

Not a bad tv at all just not a smart tv without the chrome cast built in

only uses Chromecast. Not a traditional smart tv. Cannot download apps.

Didn't even last a year before it died. No abnormal use or abuse, sitting untouched on a stand away from anything else, plugged into a surge protector with fuse and relay, died.

We haven't had it long. But so far no problems so far.
