I am pleased with my most recent Best Buy purchase. I have always had good business with the store. I highly recommend I people go there to shop.

Do not purchase this TV or Total Tech. It is a rip off! Tv broke while watching it and Total Tech sends to Toshiba and Toshiba sends to total tech. Heard a loud pop and then no screen. A month later sound begin to work. Now there is a line down the screen so of course both companies state it’s physical damage, yet the Tech just left my home stating THERE IS NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE. This has been on going for months. Neither will fix or replace the product. I have been a long term Best Buy customer but they will lose my service in the future.

Toshiba is my favorite tv brand! This tv has a great image, the sound is decent, so I use a soundbar that fits perfectly on top!

I’ve had the tv for 3 months and now it’s suddenly showing white lines across the screen and is. discolored. I’ve had connection issues with the wifi as well when no other piece of tech has had a problem connecting.

So far it’s ok! Bought it for my spare bedroom, but that’s all it’s good for! The picture is just average! Noting I would put in a room that I would have to watch on a daily basis!

Replaced my 12 yr Toshiba. The screen does flash black every once in a while. Nothing too bad

If I could give zero stars I would. The panel on my TV went bad and the warranty process is so ridiculous. I will never buy another Toshiba and refuse to pay more for unmounting/remounting than this cheap TV is worth. They expect me to let a technician perform a 'field destroy' without first providing a replacement. I am going to buy a Sony.

The TV came with a damaged screen and I went to claim at Best Buy and they said no, that was not covered by warranty and there was nothing they could do for me.

Terrific picture, 50 inch was my perfect size, with built in fire tv just downloaded the apps I use, simple set up, runs perfect and I got it at a terrific Black Friday price. Extremely happy with this purchase. I recommend the Toshiba fire tv to anyone

I purchased this TV on price alone. I read no online reviews or looked at the TV in person at my local Best Buy. I placed my order online and picked it up without leaving my car. The process was convenient and painless. The information is important because of my complete surprise concerning the design, build quality and performance of the TV. The picture is outstanding. The Fire TV is an excellent feature. The support legs are even aluminum for goodness sakes. Toshiba could have painted some plastic legs silver like every other manufacturer would have done. This speaks to the build quality of the TV. The TV was a Christmas gift to my 26-year-old son. He could not have been happier. Thank you Toshiba for producing such an excellent product.
