Great picture, easy to download apps and I was the best grandma ever! I purchased the T. V for my grands.

Outstanding picture quality, at a great price point. Very smooth install mounting due to the tv being feather light. Programming was a super easy. I'm very pleased with my shopping experience and product. I definitely recommend this budget friendly option.

This TV was easier to set up and I did it myself! I am a senior citizen and did it myself!! I love the quality of the picture and would purchase Toshiba brand again.

I ordered this TV online and went to pick it up in the store. First of all, the store was very clean, the personnel were very helpful, and they took my old flatscreen tv for recycling. The new Toshiba TV very easy to set up and the picture is great. So far, I really like it!!

The image quality is great, it's very easy to mount, it was a great deal at the sale price at the time I purchased it. The only thing I can say is a little annoying is that it lags a few seconds when streaming shows or music when I adjust the volume, fast forward or rewinds a show. I imagine that is because of the streaming, and is my only mild annoyance with the tv.

My new Toshiba has great picture quality and color. It works well with both my WIFI and antenna. I have it in my bedroom to watch at night.

So this purchase went smooth, however I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent purchase and multiple visits to Best Buy. During my in-store visit, I asked several specific questions about a television I was interested in purchasing, particularly regarding the availability of certain apps. I was clearly told that these apps would be accessible on the TV. After purchasing and setting up the product, I discovered that the apps I was assured would be available were not supported. This was extremely frustrating, as this information directly influenced my decision to buy that specific model. In addition, I was given a specific delivery timeframe for the product. Unfortunately, my delivery was rescheduled three separate times, causing significant inconvenience and requiring me to repeatedly adjust my schedule. Clear and reliable communication about delivery expectations is important, and this experience did not meet that standard. Overall, I am disappointed with the lack of product knowledge demonstrated, the inaccurate information provided, and the failure to uphold the promised delivery timeline. I have always expected better service and reliability, and this experience has left me questioning future purchases. I would appreciate a response regarding how this matter will be addressed.
