Packed well, looked really nice, sharp picture. I have a receiver so I have no review for the sound. I enjoyed this for three weekends probably less than 10 hours on it and now I have bright pink horizontal and vertical lines running through it. I'm going to see what my options are now.

For the price the TV is excellent in every way. It has a nice sharp picture, it's very thin and light. For a TV under $500 it's a excellent deal, don't expect bleeding edge next Gen smart TV tech and picture quality and you'll be more than happy with it.

i got this tv after returning a bad one and love the size. Can fit in my sedan so I don't have to pay to move it, and the picture and sound are great too.

At this point the TV seems to have better than average clarity, OK Sound, A great price and value for what it cost. Very easy to hook up and also very light weight.

I FOUND THIS HDTV TO BE A GREAT BUY AT BEST BUY.EASY TO SET UP FANTASTIC PICTURE PLUS DIGITAL TUNER,ONLY MINOR ISSUE IS THAT VOLUME IS LOWER ON SOME OF THE DIGITAL CHANNELS.MINOR INCONVENIENCE THAT SHOULD NOT DETER YOU FROM PURCHASING THIS SET.

The setup was really easy. Plugging in sound bar and DVD to this TV was a breeze. Has more plugins then my previous TV. Everything color coded so no need to be a technological genius to install. Picture is good.

This TV has good picture quality with some adjustment. Power on is a bit slow. The price is good. Best Buy provided free home delivery and haul away of the old CRT TV for free.

First TV had a buzzing noise when the screen was dark, it helps to turn the backlight all the way up to 100 , but still would buzz on a dark/black screen. Exchanged the TV for a new one, this one doesn't buzz. The Bestbuy staff was very nice and helpful. This TV has a good picture after adjusting the settings, as any TV needs. Sound is good too. Would be a 5 star TV if the 1st TV didn't have the buzzing.

We love the size and picture. The color is even and clear. Our only problem is we cannot get my husbands earphone to run correctly. We have tried 2 different pairs and follows all the directions on line other wise we love the tv.

Amazing TV for the price. Easy to setup and very clear picture. Just wished that there were apps included with this like Netflix or Youtube but easily solved that by connecting an Amazon Firestick.

Great picture! Very easy to set up and use! Reasonable price! We did not want a "smart" tv and this was just what we needed. The picture is so big and clear it feels like you could walk right in to the program! Good deal BB!

been shopping a long time for 55in led and got this for $349. best buy ever! (no pun intended). very happy with picture quality after calibrating settings. just in time for super bowl. if you can find this tv for under 400, go pick it up. you will be very happy!

Excellent picture (when properly set up) with images that look real. Speaker sound quality sufficient but not exceptional. Analog output for headphones or external amplification a bonus not on most other HD TVs. Enough controls to adjust picture and sound without going overboard. A lot of quality in an economical package.

I love the TV on moved up from a 32 inch to the 55 inch the picture is great plus the price of the TV was great you can't beat it it's a good TV I deathly recommend it

I was specifically looking for a large TV at a lower price. This TV went on sale and has so far perfectly fit the bill. Sound is fine for the price (actually much better than my last one), the picture quality is fine, and after one month the family is quite happy with it. The old TV went up into my finished man-attic, so a double win for me. If you are looking for a solid TV and don't need "smart" (we have two game systems attached that take care of that), this is a fine purchase-especially when on sale.

Great TV for the value. It's big, lightweight and looks great. I would highly recommend this tv especially for its price point.

We were a little hesitant to purchase this TV because of some of the low reviews about its refresh rate and poor audio, but decided to give it a shot. This TV is awesome ... at this price point, you'll get zero complaints from me. It has an attractive design, great picture and the audio is perfect. I can't imagine why anyone would give this TV anything but 5 stars. If you're thinking about buying this TV...do it! You won't be sorry.

This TV has a nice picture once configured properly and is a great value for a 55" HDTV. Is it the best TV available? No. Is it a great way to get a nice, big HDTV for under $500? Yes.

I bought this tv about a couple of months ago and so far so good. The picture is good. Its a basic tv , I have it on the wall in my bed room. My wife and i love it ! For the price and the size you can go wrong !

It's exactly what you'd expect. At 1080p with 60hz, the picture isn't exactly what you'd want, but it's great for the value of this TV.
