I don't have smart features available to me where I installed this TV. It's a great TV and is very clear. We're very happy with the product and the service Best Buy provided. This was a "Deal of the Day" item which I ordered online and picked up at the Sherman store. A couple of weeks later I also purchased a 32" LED TV the same way. This works better than dealing with the sales guys.

I would have rated it a 5 star, but it does take a while to get the picture dialed in for the way you like it to look. Others have others have posted there numbers but i suggest take those numbers and use them as a guide.

I actually purchased this TV for my ex fiancé. I accidentally broke the TV she was going to take while dusting. The least I could do was buy her a TV after what I had done to end our engagement.

I was skeptical about getting another tv but I am glad that my daughter talked me into it. My LG tv is awesome, easy to use and WOW what a great picture!

I brought two tv's because it was like a Christmas sale. The picture quality is great and the price was a real bargain. Thanks Best Buy you made my day.

We purchased this television for a family member. We have one and love it! We know he will too! The picture is crisp and clear. Easy to set up. Perfect!

A friend recommended this TV to me because of its size and price. So far I have no complaints. It has a good picture quality and is very user friendly.

Being on a budget and wanting a 55", this was my only choice. It's a brand name but the colors of my old Dynex are better than this new Toshiba. The remote feels really really cheap but again, I can't expect too much.

So far I'm very pleased with my tv, have one small problem but I have to read the manual before I know if it is the TV or the cable. On some channels the picture is bigger than the screen, even when I change the size.

I was looking for a tv for my mom. She didn't need all the bells and whistles. Didn't need a smart tv (don't think she would know how to use that feature). This tv has excellent quality for the price. The other great thing is the speakers don't sound like they are in a tin can - great sound for a led tv. Personally I have a lg tv and had to get a sound bar to hear anything. This tv was so great I went out and purchased a second one for my sisters house warming! If you don't need all of the smart tv or advanced features - this is a great option!

I wanted a new and larger television but cost was a major concern It has full 1080p, 3 HDMIs, and a small bezel I have nothing negative to say about this tv I've very happy with my purchase

Great color and very clear picture. Easy to install and is light weight.

There's nothing really too special about this TV other than the fact that it's incredibly affordable. It has 3 HDMI ports, 1080p definition and...yeah that's about it. What else do you need, though? It was an upgrade from my 47", so I'm happy.

Easy to put together. Light weight, great Pictor. It is a great value for the money. I am hoping it last for years.

The tv is decent and it get the job done. If your in searcb of a cheap set for a good price look no further. Dont expect anything spectacular. It is what it is.

This TV has been great for the price. The volume can be a little quiet at times but overall super happy with it.

This flat screen tv is great for the value! It's HUGE at 55 inches, and the resolution is excellent. Can't beat it for less than $500!

TV purchased during the 2015 Thanksgiving sales event. Have not found a lower price thus far for this product anywhere. Used gift card and Best Buy bonus points to help with purchase price-very good incentive program for consumers.

Bought due to name . Had a Samsung that lasted over 10 years and finally died. Picture quality is good, but channel responses are very very slow!
