NICE LARGE SCREEN BUT TOO MANY CLICKS TO OPEN

I WISH I DIDN'T HAVE TO CLICK THE RIGHT TOP BUTTON 3 TIMES FOR THE HDM1 TO APPEAR EVERY TIME I OPEN THE TV TO GET IT TO WORK. WHY CAN'T IT STAY ON HDM1 LIKE ALL OTHER TV'S. MAYBE I JUST DON'T KNOW HOW SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
