We had a young guy (17 yrs old) help us who was incredibly helpful. He went out of his way to measure our car to make sure the TV fit inside. He answered all our questions and made our shopping experience very pleasant! We love our new TV too!

Owned for almost 3 years now. Still going strong. No noticeable decline in picture quality. Kids have abused it, but no issues.

Purchased this tv set yesterday. Very easy to set it up. The tv was up and running in 15 mins from the time I got it home. The display quality is awesome be it from any viewing angle. Only problem I had was with the Chromecast. I was watching a video on an online site. I decided to cast my chrome browser tab and view the video on my tv screen. The movie was going on awesome. But suddenly audio goes off and I am left with only video. I stopped the casting and started it again. It worked fine. But after sometime the issue resurfaced. I had to return the tv only because of this issue.

I bought this tv specifically for the built in chrome cast, and it's never worked from day one. It won't connect to the internet. It's still a nice tv though.

For the price this really an excellent value. The biggest disappointment is the chromecast experience is very buggy. An actual chromecast works much better.

The tv is great, i wish it had a remote with numbers on it and that it didnt have to be connected to an additional device. But its great for the price.

The service we received with this purchase was outstanding, as usual. We purchased this TV as a gift for our daughter and her husband from our home in NC with them being in TN. The process was efficient and they were taken care of there.

I bought this tv for my parents. I have a Toshiba 49 inch but without the Chromecast and I love it. That's why I recommended that they buy this one. They do not have internet service so the Chromecast feature is useless. You can't even buy a non-smart tv anymore. We are happy with it except for one thing. When you turn it on it automatically goes to the Chromecast setup screen. You cannot bypass this at all. It is very annoying. I contacted Toshiba and they said there is no way to disable this. If I had known it would do this I wouldn't have bought the tv.

This is a really nice tv for the money. The only thing I dont like about it is the GoogleCast system. You have to use a smart phone to do things like watch movies from things like NetFlix ect. You cant browse the internet at all.

Great TV for the price. Do not care much for Chromecast for google have to have computer to get Hulu and other programs to work, can become a hassle.

I purchased this TV, open box for under $300. So far, so good. My only concern is that sometimes when watching movies on Chromecast the sound goes out. Haven't figured out the problem yet...

Actually it is the Vizio 65" 4K with chrome cast built in Don't like the basic remote and can not figure out how to adjust the tv settings.

Very good tv with chromecast as smart tv inbuilt. Easy to connect with internet. But not sure which version of chrome cast installed and software updates for the same are unknown as of now.

Great tv for the price. the cast feature is frustrating, but that's probably my only complaint. Get an Apple TV, Fire Stick or some other form of media viewing thing and you're set.

Purchased for my children they love it only con is that you have to use cell phone or tablet to access smart aspect of TV which is fine because my kids are glued to their phones anyway

This TV is a good TV for the price. It was on sale for $299.00. I have no issues with it. The sound is better than my last tv and it fills the wall nicely. I would buy this tv, again.

Money well spent. I went in with a budget and got what I needed and I couldn't be more happier with my decision. Best Buy employees also made the decision easy and my shopping experience not stressful.

Bought this tv for my grandparents because the one they had went out, I was hesitant to buy because it wasn't your big name tv but when I hooked it up I was very surprised with and they love it so win win
