well i inatally bought A 43" model on Amazon which was defective the left speake did not function, well Best Buy was the supplier so I returned the iten to the Portland Clackmas store .I Purchased the 55" which was lesss expensive than the 50" the exchange went well as I pre-purchased the 55" in advance , the sales rep was un-prepaired to accept the return I had to loan him my pocket knife to open the package and he wasent familer with the product he couldent figgure out how to turn on the item i returned until i told hin there were no manual function buttons on the unit and he had to use the remote to turn it on.

The TV is good, with a nice picture, easy to navigate and buy with Best Buy is always a pleasant experience.

I bought this television after comparing it to others for a few months. When it came on sale, I bought it immediately. It is to be used in the finished basement where my wife does her workout routines. She needed a smart television to view the things that she needed. when I came home the other day, my wife said “that new TV is amazing! It has a beautiful picture!” What more does a man want than a happy wife?!

I was skeptical about buying a Toshiba but i really love my new TV, the design looks much nicer than vizio and it has great picture quality.

I finally bought a 4k TV after doing much reasearch. The price seemed great and the features seemed great as well. This TV really suprised me as far as qaulity and features. The 4k upscaler seemed to upscale 1080 source material well. As a surprise bonus this is an Apple Homekit compliant TV. Which means this wil intergrate into Apple smart home easily.

Wonderful picture and extremely easy setup. Replacing a 50” that was in bedroom. Very pleased so far!

Good picture and is easy to use. Only the two stands to attach ( if you're not mounting it ) and that only took about 45 seconds.

Love my Toshiba UHD Smart TV ! Picture clarity and color are marvelous. Help from Alexa to make viewing even easier and to help this senior citizen to organize and remind on command and with a happy voice and kind words. Love Alexa and Amazon music ! My music library is limitless !

Awesome picture and easy to use remote. The Apps are easy to access.

Great deal as far as price for the size of the TV goes. I just have an HDMI connection from our cable box and fire stick and picture looks pretty good. Audio from the TV is also really good compared to your typical tv speakers, I didn’t feel the need to hook up any extra external sound system. Overall very satisfied with purchase

The picture and sound quality are wonderful. The fire tv interface is seamless and incredible. I use an antenna along with fios internet. I installed 2 free tv apps along with netflix and i am also a prime member. The tv interfaces with the apps and i can see everything available in channel boxes or a guide listing. There is voice control built into the remote. There are too many features to describe. I love my tv.

I bought this TV looking for an upgrade to my previous one and this TV checked all my boxes. It has a gaming mode, multiple HDMI connects, 4k UHD, and is a fire tv making it connectable to my smart devices. This is probably one of the best big purchases I have made for awhile. 10/10 in my book not to mention it is very reasonably priced.
