Easy to set up, easy to program, easy to operate, all with a great picture

I like the picture, very clear, I also like the firestick being built in. Couldnt beat the price.

Big bang for your buck...the form factor is actually very thin compared to other brands equal price entries. The picture out of the box without tweaking was excellent and the setup and built in Firestick can't be beat. Is this a high end TV with the deepest blacks and real to life colors, no but for what you pay it's got a pretty amazing picture and functionality anybody would appreciate!

Purchased this for my dad as his old TV went dark and could not be revived. He needed a TV big enough for him to see and use for his Video Phone as he is Deaf. This TV fits the bill at a great price. He is able to adjust the size of the Closed Captioning so it is readable for him. **Gave sound quality 1 star as he isn't able to tell me how it sounds! :-)

This is a 4-star review not because the TV has anything wrong with it. In fact, it's a good TV, hence the good rating. It is fairly priced. The Fire OS is fast at switching apps. It's easy to set up — especially if you've used Amazon in the past. The Fire OS remote is very simple — tailored toward streaming with no number keys, etc. I purchased mine directly at Best Buy in my hometown and after hanging it up, I noticed it had light leakage from the top edge in two places. I watched a few hours of TV and movies mix and was able to see the light no matter the show, etc. I took photos, I called support and spoke to a helpful person who advised I should rebox it with all the included items (power cable, remote, etc.) and return it to the store. She checked store inventory to ensure they had some on-hand and advised that I could verify the new / 2nd TV after I completed the exchange in the store. I did this and the in-store staff was very helpful, also. We unboxed my 1st TV and I showed them the issue. They pulled a new TV, ran the exchange and then we unboxed it and verified there were no issues before I took it home. It's hanging on the wall and is a great addition to the bonus room. Regarding setup, I like that the Fire TV OS was able to integrate all of my streaming services, connect to my WiFi network easily and the talking remote is pretty handy, too. I've used the Vizio streaming apps and Roku. The Fire TV OS and Fire Stick 4K are very fast and capable. I'm impressed. I run my sound through a stereo so I am not sure about the TV sound quality.

This seems to be a good value! It also came with an Echo Dot device. This is my first experience with the Amazon Fire ecosphere. I’m mainly an Apple guy, using several AppleTV devices, iPhones, Siri, iPads, Apple Music, etc. on the TV I use the AppleTV app and it works fine. I have to say though that the Dot isn’t any better than Siri. It seems that they all suck in that department.

We have not purchased a TV in over 10 years and found this offer online after doing some research. Went to the store where they had this TV on display. All looked good and a quick purchase decision was made. Set up was fairly easy. The big ? and consideration for return/exchange is the substantial backlight bleed. Going over the reviews again and looking at images others posted we don't see this being a big issue for others. Currently our store doesn't have anymore models available so it makes a quick exchange tricky.

excellent tv. I have had nothing but toshiba tvs and this one being in 4k UHD just reaffirmed why i buy them. Super sleek and nice looking. I have mine mounted and even have LED lights behind it. Looks great.

Expect about an half hour for downloading and setup. After 3 downloads we thought it was defective however that was the last one and the TV is working perfectly. Setup was easy exept the long downloads. The picture extends to the edge of the screen, sound quality is just great and very loud. It will take some getting use to.. operating the TV with a Firestick remote. It really was a "best buy" for less than $500 with a free Echo Dot.

This is an excellent tv for the price. l would buy this product again given the opportunity. I like the sound the picture quality. Being able to stream other platforms from builtin applications is an excellent feature. Being able to view tv in 4000K at this price was a deal maker. The tv is just the right si e for my viewong pleasure

TV wasn't bad for the money. The only thing that drives me crazy is the laggy menu when you start it up. Takes a minute for it to warm up and respond well to the remote.
