Good size, viewing surface

Pixelation is not as clear. Also, for whatever reason, the screen will turn purple when first turning on. Turn off and back on and it views as expected. Sound is good. Instructions aren't very clear on setting up and operating but if you're familiar with the brand you can figure out how to get to all the settings.

This is a replacement tv for a plasma Samsung that was finally starting to go. Using the remote to watch cable television takes a few steps but the tv itsel, is fine.

A Prime Reason to Cut the Cable

Extremely easy to set up. Great screen resolution. And if you're an Amazon Prime member, a Fire TV makes real sense. This replaced our old, smaller Samsung LCD, and we're glad we switched!

I do recommend buying this tv 100% i just bought another one and looking for another one

She is very hard of hearing and is very pleased with the Bluetooth, Closed Caption, 55 Inch Picture. Had a hard time convincing her she needed to upgrade from her old TV. This TV did the trick. The Toshiba Brand and the price was the seller for me.
