This TV works great and has good picture quality. The sound is alright, could be louder. It has many settings to play with for picture and sound quality. It has Fire TV installed by logging in and easily switches applications or inputs. It also has airplay mode with my iPhone to mirror quickly.

I have been choosing Best Buy services for a long time and using all the Microsoft services that they have offered me. I am honestly very grateful for the service and good treatment they always offer me... this tv its amazing

It's a really good tv and makes it easier hava built in firestick, Picture and sound quality are also good. I've enjoyed since I got it.

This 55" Samsung replaced a four year old TCL television of the same size.. Much better sound quality, plus the "Alexa* style remote. I set it up to automatically power up to the HDMI port since we still rely on a cable TV box. But the "home" with Netflix and Amazon Prime was easy to setup

Very satisfied with picture quality, I’m new to smart tvs so getting used to the menu system wasn’t very intuitive for a 65 year old. Sound quality was disappointing but nothing an inexpensive sound bar with subwoofer couldn’t resolve. Overall, very happy.

This is my first flat screen/smart TV (Yes, I know they have been out for a long time!) and I have only owned for a couple of weeks, but am pretty happy with. I thought I would have trouble setting it up, but it was amazingly easy, both physically and digitally. I'm having fun watching all of those free movies on Tubi. I do find the sound to be a little weird, but from what I've read that seems to be normal with flat screens.

The picture is great! The sound is also amazing and when listening to spacial audio you can definitely hear so many different sounds in your fav songs. For the size, picture quality and price you can’t go wrong. I have no complaints!

Great tv clear picture fire tv is amazing would buy another one

This was a big upgrade in features for me in addition to the size of the screen. The clarity of the images is excellent, though it's a little disconcerting to see pores and blemishes on actors' faces. Features are easy to use.

The television has a bright, sharp picture. The Alexa remote is fun to use. The delivery person was phenomenal. He was very personable, but professional, and made sure that I was able to log in and access all my streaming services, and explained how to use the remote thru Alexa.
