We spoke with 2 different associates and both were extremely helpful and very patient. We purchased a Toshiba 55 inch big screen TV, We took the TV home and experienced a sound problem. The next day we went to the store and they were extremely helpful with an exchange and had the original purchase picked up and delivery . The men who did the pick up and delivery explained the TV's functiones to us. Great response Great Team !
