Great for the “ol’folk” lol I purchased this for my retired parents who aren’t tech savvy. They use antenna function but most importantly they make use of the Alexa voice control on the remote.

Really nice tv for the price point my older tv just died so this was perfect coming from the first Vizio 4ktv to a current gen 4k tv with hdr was quite the plus

It’s for my son for Christmas so we have not used it yet as he will get it tomorrow but I know he is going to love it! The store sale person showed me all kind of cool features that it will do.

Great tv! Haven’t had any issues or glitches. I wish the remote was a bit bigger because we keep losing it. Lol

Great Tv. Exactly what we needed. Love the Fire Tv and the 4K is definitely worth the extra, would be stupid not to get in 4K.

This TV was a gift and it has worked wonderfully. The Alexa speech helps with looking for movies as not having to type each letter.

My only issue is very minor but it's irritating, the battery cover on the remote doesn't fit snug so it wobbles when you using, I think maybe something is broken on it.

Tv so far is great, only flaw is the surround sound background music is loud but struggle to hear the voices when people talk in movies

Its only worth it if it’s on sale, the normal 489 I believe it is. Is not a good deal. The blacks are just gray, not a dark gray but a ligjt gray. But if you get it on sale its a bargin.

This was purchased to replace an Insignia TV that didnt last long! I had a Toshiba laptop in the past and it was great! Im hoping this TV last just as long or longer than my laptop! :)

Toshiba have always been an excellent product for me. I never had an issue with their product and i love the many features that this C350 Series have.

it works, i have had it for almost two years and it is still working, so that must be good.

I love my Fire Tv . No need to worry about buying the Firestick it’s built in the TV which makes it more convenient. I do not regret this purchase. If I need another TV I would gladly re-purchase

I love the sleek look of this tv. Picture quality is great! However sould quality is horrible. Hardly any bass. I was gonna return it. But i'll just get some speakers to help with the sound.

The worst tv I have ever owned. Insane issues from day one… inputs don’t receive signal half the time until you unplug the tv and plug it back in. Remote control inputs work sometimes, other times they are delayed for 30 seconds to a minute and then all the inputs activate in quick succession. Netflix freezes upon loading and once it does will not work again until a hard reset is performed. The picture isn’t anything to brag about either but I wasn’t expecting much for the price. The Amazon integration is awful, and although you can control the tv through voice, you can not use you Alexa speakers to broadcast sound (on this model of fire tv but you can on others!) Often times voice commands are inconsistent and the same command can yield variable results or not work at all. Now with that said, know that Toshiba customer support is non existent, and even Best Buy couldn’t help me with the manufacturer warranty because Toshiba won’t recognize the serial # and you can’t actually talk with someone at the company. However, because Best Buy customer service is so amazing, they resolved the issue for me on their end. I love Best Buy and I will always be a loyal customer as a result of their phenomenal support. But seriously, look at a different tv.
