I have really been impressed with this tv for the 2 years i have had it. The picture is awesome and having the built in amazon fire tv is great. The only thing I could complain about is the 60hz panel, it has a game mode but even with that on I notice trails when I am gaming on my computer, or watching sports.

Bought this February of 2023 for my master bedroom. TV looks great, great sound, no issues with the Fire TV navigation. We don't do much else but watch TV on it most nights and working from home I always have a movie or game playing. For the $299 that I paid I feel like it was a great bargain. If all you're doing is watching TV and streaming, its well worth the price. Probably cheaper around Black Friday but don;t think you can do much better for a 55 inch TV. Good luck all.

I picked this up for my game room. Real good price for performance. Games mode runs everything smooth. Colors are very vibrant and image is sharp.

Tv definitely was a two for one with the firesticj aspect already a part of the tv amenities. Along with the usual smart tv apps and functions. Great for the price and easy to work.

I was looking for a new TV that wouldn't break the bank. Wanted a Fire TV since we already have one and my wife knows how to use it. There aren't a lot of choices. Decided on the Toshiba for a couple of reasons. It's a great looking TV, really like the stand. There is no frame which makes it look really nice. As for the picture, are there TVs with a better picture, sure! But to really be able to tell the difference, you'd have to spend quite a bit more, and without being able to compare two TVs side by side at home like you can in the stores, it's not as easy, if at all to tell the difference between them. Why spend the extra money on a more expensive TV if you don't have to? If I didn't like this one I could always return it and buy a better one. I didn't return this one. Depending on what you're watching, some pictures are better than others. We watch Cable TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube and DVDs. Much of what we've seen on Netflix and Amazon Prime are in 4K or HD, so the picture is great, no complaints at all. I watch a lot of concerts on YouTube. Some look amazing, some not so good, but that is not the fault of the TV, it's the source. Cable TV looks great as well, some content better than others, but again, not putting the blame on the TV. DVDs look great, both Blue Ray and non Blue Ray. We don't use the TV for gaming so can't comment on that. There are enough picture settings to adjust to your liking. I can't comment on the sound since I'm running it through a surround sound system, so the TV is always on mute. For $ 300 it would be hard to find a better TV, especially if you want a Fire TV. Setup was a snap. In closing, before spending $ 500, $ 600 or more on another TV, give this one a try. If you don't like it, then return it and spend the extra money on something else.

I am very happy with this TV. Great picture. Setup was easy. Definitely an upgrade in simplicity from my previous fire stick + old 40" + cheap speakers setup. The sound from the TV itself is actually good enough that even having budgeted for a speaker system I don't feel any urgent need to get one. And the price was right. Definitely recommend.

The TV has a great picture! The quality is striking compared to the past TVs that we've owned. The apps let us use all of our steaming services that we had previously on our Roku. We can even still use our Roku, if desired, but so far, it hasn't been necessary. Set up and connection to our Wi-Fi was easy and we were up and running in a very short amount of time. A good product!

I'm very happy with this TV. The color sound and easy to operate has been very satisfactory.

Pretty good Toshiba 55 inch Smart Fire UHD TV. The picture quality is good and sound is loud on this UHD TV. However, there's no control of volume or channel button on the TV's body so you have to rely 100% on the remote control. If your remote control stops working, then your TV will not be useable. Other than that, it's a great deal of Smart UHD TV on Best Buy! It comes with free-trial 30 days Fubo TV pro package.

I had this TV for over two years but for the last year, it would not turn on properly. There is a black screen, but I could hear sound. It only happened occasionally for a few months and then it got to be every other time. The power light started blinking erratically, and then the screen would go black again. A month ago it simply would not turn on no matter how many times I powered it down, unplugged it, held the power button off… All the troubleshooting tips. I know a TV at this price range wouldn’t last three years but what I did not expect is to have so many problems for so long. The first TV I bought to replace my old one had a screen issue right out of the box so I should’ve known something was wrong. A third of the screen was stripy black. I got a replacement which was the same make and model and ended up having display issues as well. If I shine a flashlight at the screen, as recommended by YouTube, I could actually see some images in it so the back light wasn’t working anymore. Was never happy with it, but it wasn’t worth an hour drive to return it or to get it fixed.

Its a great TV with Amazon Fire integration that allows each family member to have their own profile. Nice big screen and relatively easy to use. The drawbacks are that it loses connectivity sometimes and when turned on asks who’s watching and takes you to the main menu which is annoying. It needs to just return to the last thing you watched when you turned it off. Otherwise, I recommend it.
