Frustrated customer

The tv inside the box was not the tv I thought I was buying. It came with no remote or power cord. The serial number on the tv and the box didn't match. And, the tv in the box was manufactured in December 2016. On top of that, the manager wouldn't exchange it. So my experience has been terrible and unbelievable.
