Best Buy are liars, refuse to service under total

Came out broken, BB refused to service it, saying it was too new. Waited A YEAR and called back at their advisement, and now I'm told I MUST have someone come to my house, which is NOT an option. I bought a broken TV that they refuse to fix or replace, and after buying more than $50k in items every year for my business and friends alike, that was now the last thing I will buy from best buy, ever. They ruined our business relationship over refusing to repair or replace a cheap 55 inch TV that was fully covered by the Total Tech membership I have (used to have) ...

Mediocre

Ended up returning because game mode caused a constant stutter. Tried numerous games and 2 different machines - a PC with an RTX 3070 and a PS5 that run perfectly with Game Mode on a different TV - both of which experienced severe stutters on this TV. With game mode off, the stutter went away but the input lag became unbearable.
