My table was on back order therefore they did not set it up to begin operation and just set it on the guest room wall within the box. When I did go to open the box, the television was damaged. I’m hoping that they’re able to repair the situation. Their delivery team is always on power communicate well and effectively. I’m thinking this is potentially a one off manufacturing defect.

The picture was definitely not up to my standards that's why I had to return it. And to be honest there was a lot of bleed through from the lighting on the panel, blacks were grey because of this and its strong at the edge of the panels. The picture wasn't to my liking because of this but I guess if you just need tv for an extra room or something go for it wouldn't use it as my daily viewing tv though.

I am not much of a tv watcher and do not have cable tv. I left for work at 5:30 AM and got home at 7:45 PM and came home picture. I turned on the tv and had no picture or sound. No anything! Ugh! Unfortunately, I bought the TV 13 December 2023 and it's no longer refundable after 13 January 2024. Best Buy is also closed until tomorrow. So, I have 53" of a shell that no longer does anything. I wasted my money. I opted for purchasing a brand new model vs the open box model because there was not a huge difference in the savings at the time. Big mistake. So very disappointing.
