The tv is very good, picture quality is good as well as features. The remote is limited. You can’t select a channel you have to scroll and you can’t talk to the remote.

Purchased this tv to use as a computer monitor. The 55" tv is equal to four 27" computer monitors. I picked this specific Tv for how thin and light it is. It sits almost flat on the wall infront of my desk.Very happy with this purchase.

Can’t be beat for the price I got it at. It’s very good, not great, but it was under $300, so with Bidenomics crippling the middle class, it’s all I could afford. Picture very good, sound decent without soundbar , and set up was super easy.

My 65" Sony Tv broke beyond repair and i needed to replace it with something good but not as expensive. That's why I decided to go with this 55". This is an excellent tv, if your on a budget. It has a clear picture and good sound and plenty of hdmi's and other types of connections for your accessaries. It comes with firetv built in which is great. I was able to move my firecube to another tv in the bedroom. If your like me and switched to OTA, it has a built in tv guide which is nice. I'm happy with it and don't miss my Sony anymore.

The buying experience was absolutely horrible! Best Buy, you did an amazing job. Thank you for the great deal. Toshiba and Amazon, you guys cheat your customers by providing as little transparency as possible. Considering this is a Fire TV, you would imagine a seamless and full experience with Alexa Echo devices. Here is what you don't find out until after 2 hours with Amazon support: 1. The devices will only pair via Bluetooth to one Alexa device. Guess what? No surround sound experience. You apparently have to purchase the top-of-the-line Toshiba TV to get full Alexa/Fire TV capabilities. 2. If you connect via Bluetooth and have other HDMI devices such as gaming consoles or DVD players, you will have to spend some time synching the audio and video. 3. So the best alternative is to connect to an Alexa speaker with an auxiliary cable. I'm not expert but certain fidelity is lost. All of this could have been easily describe on the description or the manual under an FAQ section. Trust me, I shopped on Amazon and did a comparison. There was zero computability tools to help you choose the product. This was my new TV purchase in over 7 years. The lack of transparency, the headache of discovering what features are and mostly are not available, ruined the shopping experience. The picture quality and ascetics are a fantastic value, but who cares now that i have partial sound and extra cords and cables and lost time. I will never buy another Fire TV again. They get my viewing history to sell me media and merchandise. I received a poor shopping experience and wasted time.
