Great tv!! Color is good and sound is good! I highly recommend it

The buying experience was absolutely horrible! Best Buy, you did an amazing job. Thank you for the great deal. Toshiba and Amazon, you guys cheat your customers by providing as little transparency as possible. Considering this is a Fire TV, you would imagine a seamless and full experience with Alexa Echo devices. Here is what you don't find out until after 2 hours with Amazon support: 1. The devices will only pair via Bluetooth to one Alexa device. Guess what? No surround sound experience. You apparently have to purchase the top-of-the-line Toshiba TV to get full Alexa/Fire TV capabilities. 2. If you connect via Bluetooth and have other HDMI devices such as gaming consoles or DVD players, you will have to spend some time synching the audio and video. 3. So the best alternative is to connect to an Alexa speaker with an auxiliary cable. I'm not expert but certain fidelity is lost. All of this could have been easily describe on the description or the manual under an FAQ section. Trust me, I shopped on Amazon and did a comparison. There was zero computability tools to help you choose the product. This was my new TV purchase in over 7 years. The lack of transparency, the headache of discovering what features are and mostly are not available, ruined the shopping experience. The picture quality and ascetics are a fantastic value, but who cares now that i have partial sound and extra cords and cables and lost time. I will never buy another Fire TV again. They get my viewing history to sell me media and merchandise. I received a poor shopping experience and wasted time.

Excellent picture quality. Easy to operate. Would recommend to any one else. Looks really pretty in our entertainment center. Would buy again. Product rating of 5!

The TV looks Very good and Sharp. I just prefer it like looking more darker or to have better sharows to better explode the HDR+10 feature, because I think it can get too bright sometimes, but probably can be fix with just a new Software update. Overall it's Amazing and I love it.

We needed a replacement tv for the pool patio area. This was the perfect combination of price and picture quality for the space. Also a huge fan of the fire tvs as it makes it super easy to move and use them anywhere.

Love Toshiba Fire TV's. I use DISH for my TV service and the Fire TV's allow you to use the Dish Anywhere App to stream your DISH service. You have FULL access to all of the programming you subscribe to so as along a you have an internet connection these TV's can go anywhere. Mine is mounted outside on my deck. Picture quality is great. Connects seamlessly to bluetooth speakers. And you can't beat the price.

The TV is actually a Chinese electronics brand Hisense who announced the purchase of Toshiba TV's production, brand, R&D and operation services 2017. I have no complaints so far although I have been in the past, a purchaser of Toshiba electronics. Don't care much for the remotes narrow size and layout... The TV has a nice picture and not to shabby of sound, in fact good compared to most in this thin Gen so it's well worth the price of admission...

TV is just amazing and the 55’ is perfect for the living room! Getting the Geek warranty is the best way to go, cheap and you secure your tv from 2-5 years!

Love it! Now I can see the small letters that I couldn't see with my previous TV. The color is great and now I can also hear the talking on this TV. With my previous TV, I could hardly hear the talking because of the background noise/music. Happy to say I don't have that problem anymore. Wonderful!

Picture quality is comparable to my Samsung Q60. Comes with built-in apps so you didn't need a firestick. Great value for the price.

Took a leap purchasing the tv. The brand isn’t as well known as sony or Samsung but quality wise and value wise can go head to head with the competitors

This is a really nice TV, it responds super promptly to every request, because it has Alexa voice I don't find myself fumbling around trying to get to a channel or movie, etc. While the remote is pretty small, again, the voce function eliminates any hassles. The picture is nice, you can adjust as needed, I find this to be a good buy.
