Pretty good TV.

The first one lasted three years, replaced with the Geek Squad insurance, the second one just under five years, again replaced with Geek Squad insurance. I think they're pretty good for the price. It gets a lot of use in my household, running about 16 hours a day.

The remote is not as user friendly as I would like-the fact that it does not have numbers make it laborious to change channels. The TV is very Amazon based

New Toshiba 55" from Best Buy

The price was good and the delivery was on time. The delivery person friendly and brought it in and took my old Samsung away! The quality of this Toshiba is excellent! HIghly recommend this brand and Best Buy!

My 4 year old Insignia went out and I liked the Fire operating system so opted for this model. Had it for two months. So far so good! Picture is about the same as the Insignia.

It's hard to get the sound adjusted just right to hear voices/conversation. The talking is low and music/effects are super loud.
