The remote could be better quality, it broke after being dropped once so it's taped together at the moment. The store also did not offer the free bonus item at the time of pickup (I was not the one picking up and forgot to mention the free speaker), and later we were notified it was canceled so the service could have been better. Overall a good experience and I will continue to make my electronics purchases through Best Buy since they consistently offer the best prices.

I had a Toshiba before and unfortunately the screen went black. It probably could have been fixed, but it was cheaper to buy a new one . My TV is on 12 hours a day, so it gets a lot of work. The only thing I don’t like is the remote doesn’t have an IR code so the volume doesn’t work with my Bose soundbar.

Wonderful Toshiba Fire TV

Its nimble and fast, the picture is gorgeous and the pre-installed Firestick saved me an additional $40. Great price. Having Geek Squad do the installation was very nice too. I was afraid because i usually by Samsung but this TV is every bit as good maybe even better.
