I’ve been there 2 other times since purchasing this tv and same thing wasn’t greeted or really helped .

I don't feel like the color is as bright as I've seen before. Maybe I need to playing with it again. I hope this t.v. lasts longer than 3 years like my Insignia t.v. I bought from Best Buy.
