The speaker was a little on the weak side but I purchased a sound bar and it fixed that problem. Everything else was great.

One day, it just stopped working and was totally unresponsive to the controller. I had to unplug it from the wall to reset it. Also, several times I have had to reset it as it loses contact with the WIFI feed. That might be a WIFI issue rather than the TV. Has worked fine other than those incidents.

Yes the quality is good, so far. Super loud. BUT—BUT! I literally cannot stand that it turns off automatically after 5 minutes when paused. I’ll pause go check dinner, use the bathroom, or answer the door and I come back after and the TV is off. Doesn’t matter the streaming platform Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, etc. if you pause for 5 minutes it turns the TV off completely. And half the time it doesn’t save where you were when you paused and when you turn it on you gotta figure out how to get back to the channel you were on. What you were watching. I can’t tell you how many unfinished shows and movies I’ve started and haven’t finished because I can’t remember I was watching them because I’ll back into the room and the TV is off and I can’t remember what I was even watching. It’s hard to keep up and it’s super frustrating. You can’t change this setting. I’ve called. Got transferred around Toshiba 5 times until they told me to call Amazon, who was useless….If it wasn’t a 55in and was difficult as all lord to get into my home alone, I would box it and return.
