I called Best Buy but was transferred four times before they gave me a phone number to call and I had to talk to a robot. When I finally talk to a person I am told to do a factory reset which scares me because I am afraid I will have to re-install my apps and my wifi again.

CAME WITH ALL OF BASIC APPS ADDED AND THE BATTERIES INSIDE THE REMOTE WAS A VERY THOUGHTFUL TOUCH! STIL MAGNIFICENT AFTER 1 YR.
