Both had obviously been opened before, and both were messed up where someone had opened it and clamped down their hands on the screen to get it out of the box. You could literally see the finger outlines in the screen on both of them. Luckily Best Buy has a fantastic return program, but it makes me wonder if the returns are just resold as new??? The double failure cut the stars, but the return policy added a couple back.
