This tv is amazing for the price...high definition love it

Worst experience ever... if you need to factory reset yoir tv and you lose your remote or if it stops working..... a replacement wont work and you will be stuck with a tv that has o ly 1 button on it that only works for turning on and off the tv

Current 55" TVs are hard to find where the stand isn't too widely spaced. I mostly found much more expensive models with this feature, so I was thrilled to find a bargain-priced set that would fit in my cabin. Wall-mounting wasn't an option, and the dimensions were a perfect fit. The TV itself has a nice picture compared to other models in the same price range. It can play 4K movies nicely. The screen isn't as affected as other sets in this price range with light reflections, either. The sound is actually good as well. I have a sound bar added, but the speakers on the Toshiba do a great job on their own if you don't want to add a speaker system or sound bar. The interface is very much Fire TV and works very smoothly. I have a Fire TV 4K stick with a different set, and I don't notice any terrible lag like TV interfaces sometimes have. It's not all rosy, though. Unlike stand-alone Fire TV products, you will not be able to pair it with a stereo Echo Studio or with the sub. You can use Bluetooth or even optical outs to connect, but I was disappointed to find this wasn't an option. My biggest complaint is that you must use the Toshiba/Amazon remote included or it will complain on-screen that it cannot find it and block the screen. I haven't found a way around this and end up hitting the mute button or something so it finds the remote. I use a single remote for my setup, and it's annoying to have to keep this remote around for this reason only. This also means if your remote ever gets damaged, you'll have to replace it with a genuine remote. I hope Toshiba (or Amazon) correct this in the future. The annoyance is terrible, but it's a flaw that has me shaking my head when I use the universal remote and the message about the remote pops up. Outside of those gripes, I'm very happy with the set.

Its a good picture resolution and it's not to heavy however it is sometimes slower than u changing the channel screen goes black trying to keep up

It's a great TV for the price, the colors are excellent. The only thing is that you have to change the input every time you want to watch cable cause it goes to the amazon stick screen every time you turn on the TV. it gets a little annoying but it just something to get use to.

I have alway had toshiba TVs. Picture and sound quality are great. The only issue is after 3 months the remote stopped working. Changed batteries and nothing. Looking for a replacement. I think I might have gotten a defective remote.

Picture is sharp, set up was very easy, bluetooth capable so I can listen with my beats head set. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is due to the sound. Had to purchase a sound bar to improve the sound.

The color on this tv is very vivid and clear. I purchased this tv and another more expensive brand at the same time due to a move. I actually like the picture quality of this tv better. The sound quality is good, but could be better.

so far so good...the fire TV has replaced the apple tv - mainly cuz the apple tv remote is so bad, and difficult to control...this is a nice simple remote, and easy for me to control...quick buttons for hulu, amazon, and netflix and hbo..makes it nice shortcut

TV was easy to set up and simple to operate. Very pleased with the quality and value of this TV.

This television has a great picture and sound quality. It was easy to hook up and the remote is very user friendly. A great product at an even better price. Highly recommended.

Great price and value! Was looking for a 50” and they were out of it. The rep looked on the system and said we have a 55” for a cheaper price.

The Geek Squad showed up to deliver this beautiful 55" TOSHIBA to replace my 13 year old 42" TOSHIBA Plasma Screen TV. In less than an hour, they had not only installed this new "Smart Fire" version but had also assisted me with setting up all the cool pre-installed APPS including SLING TV which I had just subscribed too. But it gets even better - I had also ordered a $60 Digital Antenna to receive the free local channels - and was blown away by the over 100 "broadcast" TV channels that this TV delivered here in Los Angeles. I sure hope this one lasts 13 years too!

Great TV and curbside pickup was super easy. Setup was straight forward. Can’t beat a 55” TV for less than $300.

I bought this TV for my wife’s office, she looks crisp picture and the east interface of the fire stick.

Great picture and sound. Very easy to navigate and having a built in Firestick is awesome. Hihgly recommend!
