The product is well made and works well with no problems. Priced right in it's class and would recommend to all.

I bought it last September and was able to pair my own Amazon remote to it. However, I recently had to buy a new remote. I spent hours trying to get it to pair to the TV. I called tech support for Amazon and Toshiba. No one could help me. They all had me follow the same steps over and over. I have now tried four(4) different remotes and none of them work. Including the original remote that came with the TV. Toshiba said call Amazon. Amazon said buy another remote. And another one. And another one. I've currently waiting on the fifth(5th) Amazon remote to come in the mail. Right now the TV is "bricked" because there are no other buttons on it other than the Power button. It's stuck on the "Select Language" screen. So if you can't get a remote to work, the TV is now an expensive piece of trash. I hate it too because the TV is less than a year old.
