The delivery - the 2nd one - was flawless. The drivers were courteous, arrived before the expected time and were efficient. I wish I could say the same for the first delivery schedule. The drivers never showed up, never called and once I got through to Best Buy after being disconnected 3 times, no one could tell me where they went. Since I don't live near Bermuda, the , theory is out, so maybe there really are aliens and they were abducted.
