NO SUPPORT after purchase

Got it connected and had a few questions and no assistance. Called BestBuy to ask the simple set-up question and could never get anyone to answer the 2 questions. When making a purchase again, I will make sure there is a "hot line" in the US>

Great…When It Works Correctly..

After that, sound issues started occurring, and it required a restart every time to get the sound working again. Happened a couple of times a day. A few weeks ago, it started not loading apps correctly, not displaying apps on the Home Screen, and all apps would crash upon startup. Overall a great TV when it works correctly. Unfortunately there’s a lot of times where it won’t work correctly. Great picture quality though. So take that how you will. If picture quality is more important to you than working correctly 100% of the time, then it’s a great deal. But for the hassle, is it really worth it?
