It can take you into a pay for movie if you're not paying attention rather than you having to go look for those. I didn't like the fact that you have to make a amazon account just to use most smart features. TV has to be reset from time to time because the wifi glitches out. Does not have any buttons on the tv so everything has to be done from the remote. Had I known what the quality of the software was I would have paid a little extra for a different tv. Picture is fine though

I just bought it about 3 weeks ago. The problem is that the volume goes off and to get it back I have to unplug it and re-started. This happens every time I play pandora. The volume stop and don’t work on any app.
