Will Not Buy Again

The TV won’t load past a “fire-tv” with three dots screen. This TV is used less than 4 times per week so I am unsure why it won’t load. I was unable to reset it and I am beyond frustrated. This wasn’t a cheap TV and I have other fire-TV products that work well. With this situation and the lack of help from BB to help remedy it I will not purchase from them again.

Memory shortage

Most of the memory is taken up by pre-installed apps that cant be removed. I installed an usb and it still will not let me move apps.
