    Worked great with an awesome picture FOR A YEAR AND 8 MONTHS then the backlight died and got the blackscreen of death :(

    I am sure this tv is fine. However I was not aware that in order to use any app, I have to have an Amazon prime account. I hate that everything would be tied to Amazon, so I am returning the tv today.

    Just bought the tv on January 19 2021 and already start to act up it has a line across the top of the tv it doesn't do it all the time just once in awhile right now. Not too happy about it.

    Already getting remote batteries are extremely low after just replacing them with Energizer batteries. I was not aware of the remote battery drain with Fire TV’s. Any suggestions are appreciated.

    It’s a great TV however not a great retailer. Heed the call and purchase this TV elsewhere such as Amazon which will also include free shipping for much much less than what BB sells it for. The BB price matching policy isn’t upheld so save yourself money and buy at Amazon. Thank me later. The TV is great though. Just wish I didn’t but it here.

    TV is fine as a TV but two very annoying things: 1. There is an inactivity timer that automatically turns the tv off after 10 minutes and it cannot be changed. Paused to do something? Too bad, TV will turn off and apps closed. Super annoying and cannot be fixed. 2. The storage space is terrible. You will probably have to juggle uninstalling and installing apps if you have any more than basic Netflix and such.

    took too long to get an associate to assist me... was walking around, trying to find an associate for probably 15 minutes- before getting assistance.

    Lots of issues with this TV. Very glitchy. Not enough space for streaming apps that we wanted. USB expansion didn't work well. Then finally the backlight died under 2 years. We rotate our TVs and replace the oldest when it fails, but this time we have to replace our newest TV!

    It will close out of your app after 14 minutes when paused. That is annoying and cannot be changed.

    The volume stopped working after a couple of weeks. The picture is decent, I guess you get what you pay for.

    I have 2 years with this tv since August 2021 & the first year with it, it was great after the year the sound would sometime go static & I had to turn it off & on for it to return to normal. Now it is a constant thing sometimes there is no sound or complete stactic!

    Can’t have the Spectrum app does not allow you to download it you can only go on the website and watch it that’s one thing that is terrible about it

    Doesn’t default to a input, you have to select the input every time you turn on the TV. Wasn’t very user friendly for my grandmother

      Hi,

      Could you please have a try as following?

      “Power On” feature need be enabled first if you would like to keep last input source as default, then the TV turns on displaying the last used input.

      To activate “Power On” feature, go Home > Settings > Display & Sounds > Power On and select Last Input.

    Pretty good TV but has a red screen when i switch HDMI sometimes. That can easily be fixed by unplugging the HDMI then plugging it back it.

    I was told at the store that this was very easy to setup. I was on the phone for over 4 hours with the Netgear tech guy who I could barely understand most of the time. I finally got thru the initial set up and then unable to set up almost all of my Alexa gadgets. I am really disgusted with the whole process but the thought of going thru this with another wireless router is something that keeps me from taking it back.

    In my opinion, something that costs over $400 shouldn't stop working after 2 years and 3 months. Now it will cost more to have it repaired than it costs to buy a new one.
