    This is the worst TV ever bought. We have replaced four Remotes for this idiotic TV. This never reset without remote pairing that’s another disaster. Never buy again Fire TVs. On top of that Amazon loot you like anything on name of available apps in Fire TV.

    After two weeks the picture started flickering or jumping. It couldn’t be replaced as it was no longer in stock. Very frustrating.

    You can’t download apps !!!!!! It’sa great TV but if you have apple products you’ll need to buy an Apple TV to do anything

    Sound completely went out after 2 days. it was the TV because it was on all channels and streaming.Googled problem.Unplugged and re plugged and it came back on. Assumed it was a minor glitch. But it did it again yesterday. I'm concerned that this might be an ongoing problem that will worsen over time.

    Poor quality. Just after the 90 day return window passes my tv has issues Turning on. Sounds comes on but no image. I have to unplug and reply to restart and then the image would come up. 11 months later the issue is the same but now it’s every time I turn the tv on. It must be unplugged and replaced just to turn the tv on with image. The next issue I have been having is that the tv turns on by itself (with no image). I recently went on vacation and checked my security camera in the room to find the tv on (sound only) I was unable to turn it off since I was in another state but to image that this tv turns in by itself leads me to believe that it’s possessed..

    Perfectly working tv a first but started to have a loud high pitched noise on certain visual settings after only several months. I had Geek squad check it out and they read that apparently it's a common occurrence for all Toshiba models. Picture quality could look smeary occasionally and stock tv speakers are about as bad as anyone should expect.

    Picture quality is ok . The only think I don’t like is when your in the setting menu the content stops playing

    For some reason this Fire tv did not get good reception in my house on either Comcast (HDMI1) or direct Fire. Horizontal lines distorted faces and were very annoying. Picture was "jumpy". Exchanged it for an Insignia Fire which did the same thing. Apparently there was a problem with the platform. Exchanged the Insignia for a Samsung (Tizen) and problems went away.

    Unlucky enough to end up with 2 sub-standard units. The first one had a horizontal line that would move down the screen during live and DVR'd programs. In addition, the 2nd unit developed a green or magenta screen that popped up when changing inputs requiring a complete re-start. We bought new HDMI cables & upgraded all cable equipment with Xfinity as part of our trouble-shooting. We had limited success with putting the picture in "game" mode but ultimately did not settle for this TV. Shout out to BEST BUY - I give them a 5 STAR for their extended holiday return period and customer service on exchange and ease of return on a defective product!

    I bought the tv but the next day it was double shadowing. Turns out i bought the TV broke

    Was very excited about this Fire Edition TV to have all the Apps embedded vs. having to have separate devices for apps (ie. Apple TV, Roku, etc.). However, I have run into Apps working on it which from the online research appears to be issue related to the TV not having the most up to date OS. Unfortunately trying to update the OS says it is up to date, but on the Amzn/Toshiba model site it shows there should be a more recent one. Could be a timing issue, but it's been several days and still the same issue..

    The remote stopped working after only two days and even after factory reset and pairing the Alexa function doesn’t work on it now. I guess you get what you pay for. Also, casting from other devices is not smooth or even possible in many situations.

    1 month old Toshiba ..has several problems. Repair man said "oh you bought a real junk. Shouldnt have bought it. I dont know when they will even get back to me about the part needed.you will probably have to get with best buy and negotiate a new TV. Dont get another of these. Next repairman called ordered a new "panel". He Never even saw the tv. What ki d of service is this?

    This tv lasted just about 2 years to the day. Came home from work one morning and it wouldn’t turn on. None of the trouble shooting methods worked. Will give it 2 stars because it was good while it lasted.
