Lasted less than 1 year without heavy use!

Manufacture warranty is not existent as this item is serviced by Geek Squad. The only way this "TV" will get some type of warranty is if you buy extra coverage from Best Buy and you will need it for sure as this product's quality is inferior (that was a complement, in other words, win win situation for both companies but you are the one that will pay the price of this "great mutually beneficial business relationship"), this product is the reason why I stopped doing business with Best Buy as they think it is ok that a TV lasts less than 1 year, BBB got involved but they couldn't care less...BEWARE of this piece of junk.

Great for streaming but not much else!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As long as the tv is not being used to watch cable it works great, once you switch over to watch something not streaming it has issues, picture quality is horrible, rolling horizontal line through the screen, I like the fire tv interface but if I can't watch normal tv on it the tv is pretty much useless, will be returning!

TV purchase

The only down slide was the tv wall mounts were not in the correct spot so what we thought we were going to pay for them turned out being a lot less than how much they actually were. That was a little frustrating.

I returned this TV after one day of watching it. I ended up getting a TLC QLED TV. Best Buy was very helpful with the exchange.

Obnoxious red light keeps me awake!!!

Stupid design for sure!! You should not plan on using in a bedroom. I already regret the purchase.

Stupid tv
