I bought this television and out of nowhere vertical lines began to appear all over the screen and the image was not visible. I do not recommend it.

This TV doesn’t work very well with the Apple TV app. Try to watch Apple TV shows through this Toshiba fire TV wanna be and it will crash, watch Apple TV through Roku or your PC and it works just fine.

I’ve had lesser quality brands last much longer. In fact I have not had a TV crap out on me. This Toshiba works for two years and the backlight went out. Barley watch it too. Mainly on the weekends. Apparently it is a common issue for Toshiba TVs. Wish I had known then what I know now. Definitely will get the extended warranty on my next purchase.

It would glitch out and lag when navigating through options, which was a little annoying. But 2.5 years in, the screen just stopped working. Sound came through, but could not get the screen to pull a picture again. After troubleshooting all options, we now have to buy a new tv already. Don’t waste your money.

Stopped working lost picture after 3 years not happy with it

I love Toshiba tv ..I still have 2i brought from Best Buy 6 or more years ago..so I decided to buy a fire tv started having problems immediately but was always able to resolve the when I call tech support..wind forward a year later no picture…no resolution other than I have to buy a new one unfair

The Tv keeps shutting off after 20 minutes. I boight the TV as gift. Once I gave it to her. She used it, and it started doing this right away. She called to notify you all. your people said oh its been more than 2 weeks, we can help you unless you purchase Geek Squad.

It is now December 2022 tv is broken. Stay away not worrh it

There should be laws made to prevent merchants from making claims about their merchandise that are patently false. If your TV can only output 2160i natively then say so, do not advertise 2160p when this is impossible to achieve using the bill of goods I was sold.

This tv is absolute crap!! I ordered this tv and from the second I plugged it in and set it up the audio cuts out about every 38 seconds. I returned to the store and got a replacement and once again the sound is cutting out. I am fed up. I have talked with Toshiba and have done all I can to troubleshoot. So do yourself a favor and don’t buy this tv.

Only lasted 15 months, now I get zero picture. Sound works but no picture... 3 months after warranty ran out.

TV stopped working after 10 months. Best Buy won't replace under warranty, because they have to try to replace parts first. Guess what? They can't get the parts right now. Unacceptable Best Buy!

I bought 2 Toshiba TVs on 2 separate occasions and neither lasted over a year, one only 6 months. I would NEVER buy this brand ever again!!

This tv only lasted 3 years. The picture went out.

3 year lifespan. It started to shutdown on its own right around 2.5 years and last week it shutdown forever.

Never buy open box again i cant adjust lighting or picture sound is bad
