    I bought the TV for its picture capabilities, only to get it and find out that in order to get the picture quality advertised, you have to pay $5.99 additional a month. I have more to say, but no more characters.

    This TV is GARBAGE. We have had it for TWO MONTHS, and it is not longer working. It has been doing some strange glitching out for a couple weeks. Lots of rough streaming, randomly stopping in the middle of a show and opening up a new app menu by itself, sometimes just going back to the home video. Sometimes it won’t come on at all. It just started going through the home menu, and then once you select something, going to a green screen and then turning off. The return window is 15 days, so we are stuck with this garbage, waste of money. So disappointed with Best Buy and this TV.

    Picture is sharp and vivid but it does not work without Fire Stick just like regular non-smart TV. We tried everything but still didn’t work. Luckily we still had the Fire Stick from our old TV.
