Decent TV

Do not buy

I now have a television that looks good off probably the only thing it does well. First had an issue that i would need to unplug the television just so i could power it on. A recent software update seems to have fixed that issue. Now i have an issue where netflix and youtube will not even open. I can not return this television and cant get any help from toshiba or amazon.

Burning smell

Immediately called Toshiba, but of coarse it was after hours, left message for call back, they did and said its covered by the warranty if we purchased it, we didn't. at the time I thought a warranty should had come with it and the tv should have no issues right out of the box. Boy I guess I was wrong. Gee thanks alot Toshiba and Best Buy

Don’t buy this piece of garbage

Since the first week it’s had major issues. Sound constantly goes out. Extremely annoying that Fire TV is the first thing that pops up even when you change the settings to show the last input used. Screen randomly has a pink hue very often. Sometimes you turn it on and nothing happens. NOTHING AT ALL. It’s just a black screen but the tv is on. Turn it off and back on and it’s the same issue. I have to unplug this stupid tv so freaking often to reset it because it fudges up so fudging often! I hate this tv!!! I kept it after the two weeks I had to return it because #1 i had it delivered to my office because i had to be there when it was delivered and they give you a span of 5 hours that they will be dropping it off #2 to put it back in the box as required which is nearly impossible. Now I have this tv that annoys me almost everyday. Thanks a lot Best Buy and Toshiba! I can’t wait to call Geek Squad and not be able to replicate the issues!! Yayyyyyy
