I chose this for the advertized full array local dimming. This was the only option that offered it below 250usd. Blacks are certainly better than comparable non FALD TVs. The sound is also above average. As for the fire tv, it is what it is. TV feels sluggish sometimes and you may feel lack of options if you are coming from a google tv. Overall very colorful, contrasty, clean image. Good sound for the money. Sub 250 this is the best option I found.

I purchased this TV three months ago. Since then every few weeks when I watch something on YouTube TV, YouTube, Netflix or any other streaming app, I get a loud continuous hum in the sound. The only way to fix this is to do a restart on the TV. I've had to do this three times now. Very annoying ! The second complaint is navigating through different apps using the remote is slow and sluggish. It's especially annoying when watching YouTube TV and navigating to different channels - response is slow and sluggish. Anyone else having these issues ? Something told we to buy a Samsung LG or Sony TV, but I wanted to save some money - but now kind of regret my choice. On a positive note, though, the TV picture quality is pretty good.

I purchased this TV as a gift for my parents and everyone is a fan! Huge difference coming from an old 1080p tv to 4k. Everything looks great and the speakers are also solid! Definitely would recommend this product!

For a budget TV this is a good TV. The brightness is good. The sound is good. The quality looks good. I recommend this TV to all my friends, but they were not believe the price of this TV very good price.

Very good for price I got, good screen, perfect size for my room, good built in speakers, and plenty of ports, only downside is its hdmi 2.0 insted of 2.1.

Amazing TV for the price and overall bang for the buck with what it comes with…Beautiful picture, impressive local dimming with no noticeable ghosting. Colors are rich and vibrant and detail is clear. HDR 10, Dolby Vision, this thing has it all and does it well for a QLED. And the sound is also quite impressive with the built-in subwoofer. If you have it near a wall or hung cornered, you won’t believe the fullness of the sound, especially in Dolby Atmos mode.. Perfect 55 bedroom TV for me, and considering a 75 for my den. Very satisfied with my purchase and believe you will be as well. Bring it home, set it up tweak it to your liking and I assure you won’t be taking this one back.

I have to say this is a great purchase. As a Family we’ve always had the Toshiba TV brand in our homes. And great for the price and the performance. I decided for purchase in my new home if this model because I am also a gamer with a Xbox series X and the faster speeds for gaming I found important as well as the 4K. Is great for gaming and streaming and watching 4K movies. And is very easy to setup and use out if the box. I have no complaints I would say yes buy it and enjoy!!

The picture quality is fantastic, but It is constantly closing out the hulu app where I have to restart it several times per day. I have been on the phone with hulu every day trying to resolve the issue for the first ten days of owning it. I have even been on the phone with hulu and my internet service at the same time trying to resolve this issue. I have always strived to have firetv through Toshiba and Insignia. I own four other TV which are working fine. With this TV, I have no other issues as far as Disney, Netflix. It is only on Hulu, which is my main viewing service. I have done all resets and uninstall with no sign of resolving the problem. I will be returning this set.

The Toshiba 55” M550 QLED TV has amazing picture quality—bright, sharp, and colorful. Setup was simple, and the Fire TV interface is smooth and easy to use. I paired it with my Apple HomePod for sound, and the experience feels like a mini home theater. Streaming apps load quickly, and Alexa voice control makes it very convenient. Overall, it’s a fantastic value and a great upgrade for any living room.

TV was easy to set up and performs well. I like the size and the brightness of the unit.

I bought a 55" and a 65" at the same time. Both are bright and clear. So far no issues with either.

Because of a streaming service I use a fire stick is required. This TV allows me to access the service without a fire stick hanging off the back of the TV. The picture quality is great for the unbeatable price.

I am a fan of the FireTV platform, using Fire Sticks, Fire Cubes and TV's with the FireTV operating system. Unfortunately, Toshiba's implementation on this TV is flawed. It fails to screen mirror most of the time, s and I get kicked out of apps when I am watching something, at least once per day. Other FireTvs in my home, on the same network do not do this. Hopefully it is straightened out in a future firmware update.

It’s a okay tv so far tried to add a photo but your system don’t let me. The TV could be a little cheaper i think especially with the size and specs of TV. I would say get it if price go lower than its a good price and deal

Great tv for the price picture and color is great just update it when it needs to be or reboot to prevent buggy or lag and delete apps that aren’t need you will love it

The picture quality is impressive, and the sound is amazing—I rarely need to raise the volume above 15. However, I would suggest that management better inform their employees about the extended warranty options, as it was not offered to me until I inquired. Our expectations from Best Buy are much higher.

Great picture quality and sound. Apps are quick to respond. Game mode is great.
