So far so good. The process was a bit harrowing. I purchased online and decided to have it delivered. Big mistake. Never do this. I still had a working tv but could tell it was starting to go out. When I finally opened the box nearly 2 weeks after delivery, the screen was shattered. Put it back in box and with help dragged to Best Buy about 2 miles away from me. First they look at tv and then inform me I have to contact the delivery people and they can't do anything. Drag the box back home and call delivery only to find out the 15 day return (that's 15 days so be vigilant) policy expired the day before. Nothing anybody could do. By this time, I and the friend who is helping me are kind of irritated and head back to Best Buy ready for a battle. And then we met JJ. She is a manager at the Gulfport store and amazing. All I wanted was a replacement for the tv that arrived to me busted up. She took care of it with very little trouble and I am grateful to her for all her help. We picked up the tv 4 days later. No delivery!! And that is how Best Buy kept me as a customer.

Great value for $280 55". Image quality is really good. Rich color, deep blacks.

Great value and very good picture quality. I ordered on line and picked up. TV was ready when I arrived and staff loaded it into my truck. The staff was very helpful.

My new 55 4K TV, is certainly an upgrade from my previous 46 tv. The dynamics are pure in contrast, color and unbelievable picture quality.

I purchased this TV last week, and honestly, I’m a little disappointed. Before this, I had a 2023 Samsung model, and the difference is clear — Samsung is much faster and smoother to operate compared to this Toshiba. Even though this TV is advertised as QLED, the picture quality doesn’t feel as sharp or vibrant as I expected. Maybe it’s just my unit, but I’m wondering if others are facing the same issue. The system is quite slow — apps take time to open, and navigating through menus feels laggy. Based on my experience, I still believe Samsung, Sony, and LG are far better when it comes to performance, speed, and picture sharpness. If you’re looking for top quality and fast performance, I’d recommend sticking to those brands.

Great TV for the price. Won’t break the bank and the picture is awesome. Speaker could be better. Integrates well with Alexa app and ring camera system.

For a budget TV this is a good TV. The brightness is good. The sound is good. The quality looks good. I recommend this TV to all my friends, but they were not believe the price of this TV very good price.

Picture and sound amazing. I replaced an insignia tv that broke a year after I got it and I am so thrilled about my Toshiba

The Toshiba Fire TV is a great! Its features are great and is user friendly. The picture is so much clearer than other TVs I've had. I would definitely recommend.

The Toshiba 55” M550 QLED TV has amazing picture quality—bright, sharp, and colorful. Setup was simple, and the Fire TV interface is smooth and easy to use. I paired it with my Apple HomePod for sound, and the experience feels like a mini home theater. Streaming apps load quickly, and Alexa voice control makes it very convenient. Overall, it’s a fantastic value and a great upgrade for any living room.

Recently purchased this TV, when I was installing all the streaming apps, it said it was not compatible with YouTubeTV. We use YouTubeTv as our primary streaming platform so the TV was of no use to us. Picture quality was great and it was a very sleek design; wish it would have worked out but we had to return it to get the Insignia F30 FireTV. BestBuy customer service at the local store was great and very helpful with the exchange.

I was disappointed that this Qled TV is rather dim but the colors do pop. Apps looked nice and vibrant but when I used my cable box to watch TV and channel surf, the picture seemed bland and washed out.

great tv, great picture! not fond of the firestick remote but I like that it’s compact. user interface os easy to navigate.

I bought a 55" and a 65" at the same time. Both are bright and clear. So far no issues with either.

The pictures beautiful the sound is great excellent screen love this TV fully recommended.
