Amazing TV for the price and overall bang for the buck with what it comes with…Beautiful picture, impressive local dimming with no noticeable ghosting. Colors are rich and vibrant and detail is clear. HDR 10, Dolby Vision, this thing has it all and does it well for a QLED. And the sound is also quite impressive with the built-in subwoofer. If you have it near a wall or hung cornered, you won’t believe the fullness of the sound, especially in Dolby Atmos mode.. Perfect 55 bedroom TV for me, and considering a 75 for my den. Very satisfied with my purchase and believe you will be as well. Bring it home, set it up tweak it to your liking and I assure you won’t be taking this one back.

TV was easy to set up and performs well. I like the size and the brightness of the unit.

So far, it's been great! Crisp picture, easy to navigate. Easy to add the apps we use regularly. A big step up from the previous TV we had in the main bedroom.

Shockingly good picture for the price when broadcasting an HD source after some adjustments. Pronounced "soap opera" effect with default settings. Upscaling is where you see the manufacturer cut corners - it's not good.

For the price this is a great TV. Viewing content such as YouTube videos and movies is a great experience. Picture is bright and vivid. HDR content is pretty good as well. Haven’t gamed on it as I bought it for the living room so can’t address gaming performance in this review. The speakers are very good for TV speakers but you’ll obviously want a soundbar for solid bass and better sound for movies. If you’re looking for a step above the cheapest TV option this is a good choice!

I purchased this TV last week, and honestly, I’m a little disappointed. Before this, I had a 2023 Samsung model, and the difference is clear — Samsung is much faster and smoother to operate compared to this Toshiba. Even though this TV is advertised as QLED, the picture quality doesn’t feel as sharp or vibrant as I expected. Maybe it’s just my unit, but I’m wondering if others are facing the same issue. The system is quite slow — apps take time to open, and navigating through menus feels laggy. Based on my experience, I still believe Samsung, Sony, and LG are far better when it comes to performance, speed, and picture sharpness. If you’re looking for top quality and fast performance, I’d recommend sticking to those brands.

Picked this TV up for my outdoor area. Has nice picture, easy to use remote. Perfect for my needs.

This thing is a lot of bang for your buck, superior 4k picture and nice out of the box sound. I’ve had more expensive sets with built in subwoofers that sound like tin cans, this thing fills the room with all the frequencies even at low volume, turn it up and it's home theatre sound without the hassle of bars and satellites and subs to set up. The picture is excellent with very vibrant colors and great blacks, it does have a lot of residual bloom when you get something very bright against a dark black but that is the only negative of the tv. If I had found this before I bought my more expensive sets I wouldn’t have bought them, great picture and sound at a great price.

Works well for me plays great, clear and bright, easy setup

I purchased this TV three months ago. Since then every few weeks when I watch something on YouTube TV, YouTube, Netflix or any other streaming app, I get a loud continuous hum in the sound. The only way to fix this is to do a restart on the TV. I've had to do this three times now. Very annoying ! The second complaint is navigating through different apps using the remote is slow and sluggish. It's especially annoying when watching YouTube TV and navigating to different channels - response is slow and sluggish. Anyone else having these issues ? Something told we to buy a Samsung LG or Sony TV, but I wanted to save some money - but now kind of regret my choice. On a positive note, though, the TV picture quality is pretty good.

Finally replaced an old 40' Westinghouse TV, & can't believe what I've been missing all these years! Only issue was I didn't spec-out I was going from a pedestal to a 2-stand TV, so a larger TV stand is needed. But a new TV stand to accommodate my new 55' is in the works :-)

picture looks good , haven't played it much, still working on breaking the top secret code for the tp link extender to get att uverse to play. This tv is so smart, you can't watch it unless you put in router codes for att. I will be dumping att but in the meantime , this tv is so smart.

The Toshiba 55" M550 QLED TV is a value for the price — sharp 4K picture, good brightness, and Dolby Vision support. However, the experience is held back by a sluggish and limited Fire OS, underwhelming color accuracy, very few calibration options, and outdated USB 2.0 ports.

My new 55 4K TV, is certainly an upgrade from my previous 46 tv. The dynamics are pure in contrast, color and unbelievable picture quality.

I wasn’t expecting too much from this TV based on the price, but I’m pretty impressed. The local dimming isn’t perfect but compared to other TVs at the same price with other manufacturers, this runs circles around them. I got it as a gift and I was very happy with the picture quality and even the sound.

I purchased this TV as a gift for my parents and everyone is a fan! Huge difference coming from an old 1080p tv to 4k. Everything looks great and the speakers are also solid! Definitely would recommend this product!

Easy online shopping. Prompt well communicated delivery. TV set up was simple and syncing to Alexa went well. Great picture quality and the price was amazing. I haven’t bought anything from Best Buy in years but I will again in the future.

Excellent TV!! Might pick up another one for a February birthday present. Tested the TV speaker and it sounds great! However, I hooked it up to my home stereo equipment.

I absolutely love this television the picture is phenomenal and the sound is incredible. I picked this up on a black Friday deal and it's worth every penny paid. I highly recommend this Toshiba smart TV.

I have to say this is a great purchase. As a Family we’ve always had the Toshiba TV brand in our homes. And great for the price and the performance. I decided for purchase in my new home if this model because I am also a gamer with a Xbox series X and the faster speeds for gaming I found important as well as the 4K. Is great for gaming and streaming and watching 4K movies. And is very easy to setup and use out if the box. I have no complaints I would say yes buy it and enjoy!!
