To my disappointment, one day after setting up the TV and mounting it to our living room wall, we noticed that the tv would turn off randomly while we were using it. Sometimes it would be within 1 hour of use, other times it could happen after a much longer period of time. At first I tried checking the power cables to make sure everything looked ok. I tried different outlets. The trouble is you may think it's fixed if the problem doesn't happen for a day or two, but then it comes back. It is very frustrating. So after about 10 days of using it I decided to call best buy to ask if I could get it exchanged for a new one. The person on the phone said that the best they could do was send a technician out to fix it and it would cost $99.95 even though the TV came to me defective! I found out later that Best Buy advertises that you can return anything within 14 days. I don't know why the person on the phone didn't tell me that at the time. I really should have returned it. Anyway, It's over 2 weeks now, I still have the tv. I haven't gotten anyone to come fix it yet, and it still turns off randomly. Pretty disappointed.

Great price. Unfortunately my tv had about a square foot patch of the screen where it was way lighter in color. So I had to exchange it. But the picture quality was good. Sound quality is not good. Once I switched my tv and hooked it up to my sound system I was happy

Read some of the reviews before purchasing and didn't seem to bad. Just set up the TV and it's amazing. We don't do a lot of the fancy things with it, but great TV for the price, can't be beat! Screen is crisp and clear. My other tv was HD and I guess I didn't know what I was missing until I got this set up and now know what real HD is.

No access to smart tv functions without a mobile device... I have a temporary device with hardly any storage. It seems that I can't install any apps on top of Google Home. I have Netflix and YouTube (after uninstalling other apps), now I'm out of space for anything else...

My mom got this as a prize at her job and let me say that it's such a great tv! I use this tv with my Xbox. The setup is easy, program wise it's very clear and simple. The backlights options are very good, Has great audio options.

This TV has a very clear picture. A great price for the quality.

Please..this was the worst investment ever. The TV fades in and out with it's brightness, shuts off randomly, doesn't completely shut off when you want it to. I'm telling you..do yourself a favor and don't buy it. I'm no the only one whose had these very same problems so that right there says something about the quality of the TV.

From the start had a square burn in in the middle of screen. Picture quality was terrible. Had to return something was wrong with TV.

Best buy is great but There is no customer service for toshiba TVs my tv lasted 3 years then quit working and there is not even a number for TV warranty only a webpage and the warranty has a binding arbitration clause Called for trouble shooting toshiba wants you to pay 35 dollars before they answer any questions

I had to return it because there was a delay between picture & sound on my TV and there was no solution. . My other older models of Toshba 50" and 55" TV has no such a issue (5 STARS).

The only thing I don't like about it is doesn't support video files, just photos.

bestbuy delivered me a opened box tv. Call to request a replacement, was told item out of stock, but it was still available online for sale.

I bought a Toshiba TV 10 years ago. This TV has the same picture. I don't recommend it at all
