    Bought Sunday, by Monday night, the bottom had an odd lighting effect, more notably on the left. Havent decided if im going to get a different one or exchange… Everything else was great so far

    i purchased back in November… i just opened the box today and there are 3 red dots on the top portion of the screen… am calling bestbuy tomorrow to exchange… i have a 50” in another room no issues…. hopefully this is just a fluke on the 65”

    Good for the price $399, picture clarity is decent but product was defective after the delivery unboxed, and plugged in and then booooom!!! 3 dead (red colored) pixels appeared when the tv was turned on. You can notice it easily when tv screen goes black.

    No more Toshiba

    It’s stop working it’s self and company telling it’s physical damage and no warranty on it. TV was all the time wall mounted and no one touched it then how it should be physical damage from us. We installed same time 5 Toshiba TVs for our Bar restaurant but now on no more Toshiba products. Poor customer service from Toshiba. They decide damage on emails pictures not physical visit.

    Not impressed at all. The sound quality is garbage. The photos of the tv’s back that shows output options is not the same on the one I received. Because of this, I cannot plug in my sound bar. Also, I thought smart tv’s don’t need an antenna? I have an older model smart tv that picks up local channels with no problem. Tried scanning for local channels, nothing was programmed. Rather return than have to purchase another sound bar or antenna.

    I bought this tv and a month later it started to give me problems. Lines ran across the screen only and eventually became bigger and bigger. Unfortunately i had shipped it outside the US as a gift for my mom and to ship it back to the US is too expensive. So I lost my money.

    I love this tv. The volume is crazy. With other TVs it takes the volume to be on 50 to be where this Toshiba is at when the volume is on 5 and that’s not an exaggeration either. The picture is great. And it’s good to have a tv that has a built in fire stick with it. I need to buy more. In November it will be three years since I’ve had this tv and want more. The tv cuts off after like ten minutes of it using. So it saves on energy also.

    This is a great 65" TV and even better now that BB has reduced the price from $719.99 to $579.99. I purchased a Toshiba 55" TV two years ago and was very expressed with the picture quality and sound. I would have bought a larger model but Toshiba did not sell models above 55" at that time. Since we were in the mark for another TV larger than 55" and trying to decide which brand to buy. We notice BB was selling the 65" Toshiba model and we bought it. We have had it for about a week now and find it to be a great TV. I like the new design of the TV that has less bezel (in simple terms - less space between the frame and display). Plus, it's much lighter in weight. The sound is decent without using a soundbar. But I prefer using a soundbar. It's not a high-end TV but for an entry-level TV, it delivers more for the price you pay. I would highly recommend it.

    This is a really good TV and has great picture and even the sound quality is great. When we went to the store, he asked the sales associate if they would recommend a sound bar they said that they haven’t heard the TV speaker yet, but usually with the really thin TVs nowadays, he would recommend a sound bar however, we put it off and when we turn on the TV the sound is great. It’s loud and very clear and crisp. There are a lot of apps with the streaming services, and we also connected it to our Echo Alexa device. We are planning on getting a second one for another room. That’s how much we love to TV I would highly recommend.

    So far quite a good TV. Occasionally the picture is a little dark, but crisp. TV was pretty easy to attach to wall mount and put up on the wall. I'd LIKE it if the thicker part of the TV with the internal strengtheners were a little more spread out (e.g. 400x400 instead of 400x300). The most annoying thing about the TV is that it defaults to the Amazon/Fire screen every time one turns the TV on. I found on YouTube how to get the screen to always come on to TV instead of Amazon. [ Settings / Picture & Display / Power / "Last Input" instead of "Home"].

    Honestly one of the best TVs I've owned. Love all the functions available right on the remote for quick access to apps. It's a firetv so it's meant to work with Amazon for easy searches with Alexa. Can easily add subscriptions to your Amazon account to have them all in one place. Great picture quality, not too heavy for hanging on the wall either (still would recommend 2 people and the proper mount). Overall, great TV
