Great TV, missing piece
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the TV, but when I went to mount it we discovered that one of the threaded 4 metal inserts had not been installed. (see pic) I called customer support and their solution was to send me a new TV that would not arrive until a month later. Well, nuts to that. I threaded the plastic hole and put it up. But, why not just have the store I got it from swap it out? I guess they would prefer to frustrate the customer rather than inconvenience the store.
