I have tried every picture setting available - natural, movie, dynamic, etc. - I’ve even tried manually adjusting the contrast, vibrancy, backlighting, etc. The color always looks washed out, skin tones are too shiny or bleed into each other. Greens and blues look bluish gray. Don’t let the picture on the advertisement fool you. The colors have NEVER looked that beautiful. I do not recommend this TV.

Remote alone is a reason not to buy

For a new TV, I feel I am watching on an old TV

Be careful of their sales pitch on getting their BB credit card. I found the salespeople very misleading on the benefits their credit card provide
