Nothing lasts anymore. Just went belly up three months after the 2 year warranty expired. Seems to be a common occurrence these days.

This TV was great until it wasn't. It flickers green lines non stop. It doesn't matter what platform we're using. So disappointed.

The worst TV that i ever bought. Was not 4k quality. I could not believe a TV of this quality would be sold at best buy. They should recall this specific TV.

Tv didnt last long at all. Not even a year. Worst purchase ever. It has a line that runs down the left side now. Can't be repaired.

I am very tech savvy but can't fix an annoying problem with audio. Randomly, the audio will start blasting. I wish there was a firmware fix.

We thought it was going to be the perfect tv but no we went and returned it and bought a Samsung instead

Overall we are pleased with this smart t.v. The picture is clear and sharp and we don't need to use our soundbar because the speakers put out clear decent sound. It has all the features you would expect from a smart t.v. and the remote has a voice control function, which is pretty cool. You can also pull up a web browser on the t.v. and access the internet which I really like (not sure that's a common feature in smart t.v.'s) Anyway, a quality t.v. at this price is hard to pass up. I would recommend this if you are in the market for a 65" television that won't leave you broke.

I have used this TV for 5 years now and still works like new

Giving 4 stars because after 3 years i dont feel like it has lasted the test of time . There are times ive turned it in and has sound but no picture .

TV visually was average, decent. Apps were laggy. Had to restart the TV frequently (not just turning off the screen), or it would simply not function (much like restarting a computer vs putting it to sleep). Alexa connection was hit or miss. Sometimes the TV would randomly forget logins to Hulu etc. Overall, when it worked, I held my breath. Then one day it just stopped turning on. I assume it is a power board issue & it isn't worth fixing, so roughly 3 years was life of this TV, much of its life a struggle. Would not suggest a Toshiba for longevity or consistency. Meanwhile, my 55" LG from 2013 is still working perfectly fine.

After 2.5 years this TV is as buggy as hell. The screen resolution changes between apps. We have to reboot the TV at least once a day. It keeps freezing up. We have done a factory reset several times and made sure its up-to-date. Guess that's not enough.

For the first couple of years, it worked okay. The picture wasn’t perfect, but I’m not a cinephile, so it wasn’t a big deal. And then, randomly one day about a year ago, the TV reset while we were watching it. Then it wouldn’t load past the Fire TV logo. This is a known issue; people have posted about it, others have uploaded YouTube videos about it, and so on. Some are able to fix it; I, however, was not. Nor could I get help from anyone on how to use it without paying enough to buy a new TV. Today, this giant TV is in a corner of my bedroom, leaning against the wall as I wait to properly dispose of it. I will never buy another Fire TV again.

Last less than 4 years and died suddenly with no warning, it just no power. I have tried everything to fix it but nothing works. Also was very slow tv

The apps are outdated out of the box. Upon calling Toshiba, their support states that they have no plans on updating any of the support software and their advice (FOR A BRAND NEW TV). is to buy an external dongle. Do not waste your time, it's a bargain for a reason, Toshiba has no regard for its customers.
