The picture is great, but this tv is a little glitchy. We do not have cable and primarily use streaming apps. I like the Amazon operating system for the most part. Voice control works as well as any echo. There are constantly issues with app performance, and I have another Fire tv (Insignia) with absolutely no issues. It doesn't keep us signed into apps and we have to log back in every other time we watch Netflix. HBO Max won't open half the time, and the tv loses internet connection a lot. Couldn't get my LG soundbar to link up with the remote but it's several years old. I don't know, if you have the patience to mess with restarts and logins over and over, this tv really does have a great 4k picture with 120hz refresh.

Bought this tv before reading any of the reviews. Was a little nervous after reading the reviews especially the one about 120hz through HDMI. I ran into the same problem until I realized this issue was my 4k passthrough receiver not the tv. Once connected to the TV xbox one runs 4k 120hz like it's supposed to.

It’s a decent tv, I just wish that video games also had 120 frames. The movies and shows are great to watch tho!

Upon purchasing this TV I thought that I found the holy Grail of low priced 120 hurt 4K UHD TVs when I got the TV home it was very much the honeymoon phase where I thought the TV was gonna be great voice command worked awesome to my dismay the screen would turn off every now and then to the point where you could see the operating system Alexa would still acknowledge you but no image would come out on the screen and only audio would come out the only way to fix this was to unplug the TV and plug it back in considering that it just purchases TV Amazon how to make payments on it for the next year I was not going to pay for a TV that pretty much came out of the box with already pre-existing issues that were beyond my control so I did go ahead and return it back to Best Buy and upgrade to twice the price and a little bit better picture quality. Toshiba was a strong contender and a household name that I remember from my youth however they do not hit the mark anymore as far as they could quality product another than our own by the hastens company what does my quality oh4K televisions however this one seems to be quite glitchy and unrefined.

Very upset I purchased 2 of these TVs one delivered in Florida for a relative and works great no issues. The second I’m still no able to turn it on. Had it delivered in June. Had to wait for someone to help my son install it. I still had my old 55” that was slowly dying. Finally got it up June 26 and it will not pair the remote! I’ve spent hours on the phone with Geek Squad and Toshiba just for them to tell me I needed a new remote and they would rush to send it. Well here we are July still NO REMOTE, NO TV.!!!! I believe that it’s just this unit since the other one works fine.

      Hi there,

We apologize to read your experience with one of the unit you purchase with us. I understand how can this be frustrating not being able to fully used the product we purchased. I would highly suggest to call Best Buy to follow up if you can process R/E.

I was kind of suspicious of the fact that this tv was so cheap considering the size and specs. It worked like a charm the first few days and now out of nowhere green lines appeared on the screen and won’t go away. It’s annoying that I have to deal with this because I literally just bought it. You get what you pay for I guess. My advice is to just save up for a better tv.

This TV has some really good things and some really bad things. Really good. Price - $Four99 Picture - Equal to Samsung QLED in my opinion Interface - Typical Fire TV layout Sound - way above average Remote- Easy/nice Refresh Rate - True 120hz on streaming apps Bad Refresh Rate - 120hz only for the TV itself and is not 120hz when using any inputs including HDMI's, why would you do that? YouTubeTV - you have to restart the TV from the settings if you turn it off and return watching it hours later otherwise it will error out All in all if you're not a gamer or using the HDMI's or worried about 120hz I would purchase 100% again

This tv is excellent best purchase I have made in a long time. This tv has excellent picture quality excellent sound I don’t need to put it beyond 24 in volume it has barely any lag for video games excellent refresh rate. And very dynamic colors. I’ve had this tv for two years so far and haven’t had any problems. Would definitely purchase again.

    Nice Native 120hz TV !

I am part of the Alexa universe. So when this TV popped up out of no where I snatched it up! I had been shopping for a new 65 inch TV for a couple of years now. I had narrowed it down to the LG Oled or Samsung Q7 and above ( I have owned Samsung throughout the years and have been very happy with them.. ). I was looking for the latest bells and whistles. NATIVE 120hz being at the top of the list! It looked like I was going to be spending at least $1200. I just couldn't justify that, so I just kept waiting. Then this inexpensive GEM popped up out of no where! All the inexpensive tv's seemed to have all the options except the native 120hz. This one has it! I have Alexa speakers so this fits right in. I think it is one of the few that has it built into the tv ( far field communication, I think its called ), so you just bark at the tv when it is off, and it responds just like any other Alexa speaker.. But, if you don't have Alexa, this tv is still a beautiful beast! The local cable box channels still look horrible ( they do on any tv! ). But this tv has " skin tone control " ! The local cable channels have always been horrible with pink human flesh on any tv I have had. I would always have to try to mess with the color settings of the tv to cure this, but this tv has that skin tone control so I don't have to mess with the color settings. This TV shines with the streaming services! No adjustments are needed! The colors and HDR are amazing on this thing! I don't own game consoles , so can't comment on that. Bad news about that is that this doesn't have 120hz HDMI inputs, but it does have some control ( auto low latency mode game mode ), if that helps... Oh, the tv speakers are ok at best.. Connect a soundbar or eArc to the receiver like I did.. still the best $499 I've ever spent!

The picture quality is great. So far, everything is working as it should. The only issue we have encountered is we also have an Alexa Echo unit in the same room. Alexa gets confused as to whether to answer from the TV or the Echo. We have changed the TV name to "computer," but we learned quickly how many times a day you use that word. I wish this TV offered more activation words than just the three. Also, when you turn voice activation "off," there is an annoying blue light on the front of the TV that turns on. I guess you could tape over this light. Otherwise, great picture, sound and features!
