MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE IS THAT THE TOSHIBA-65 CLASS M550 IS JUNK. WITHIN THIRTY DAYS, MY FIRST ONE HAD PIXELS DEFECTIVE LINES RUNNING AT THE TOP AND SIDE OF THE SCREEN. THE JULYS 2022 REPLACEMENT IS JUNK AS WELL BECAUSE INTERMITTENTLY, THE TV DOESN'T POWER ON. AFTER TWO WEEKS OF TROUBLESHOOTING AND IT WAS THE TV. GOOD PICTURE AND SOUND QUALITY.

Let me first start by saying when this TV works, it has a great picture, far better than the Old 55" TCL TV it replaced. That being said, I'm now having to login to the Appstore almost every time I turn it on, and I have to log back in to my Netflix account every time this happens. It just started happening about a week or two ago, and was not an issue when we first bought it. I feel it started happening after we did the last firmware update. So I don't know if the update was corrupted, or just another glitch in this TV. I understand its a new tv and is going to have some issues, but this problem has almost made the tv unusable. I'm hoping this finds the Toshiba Tech Support, and they can look into it and correct the problem very soon, otherwise this TV is going back for another brand.

Note if for gaming it Does NOT support 4k120 on XBOX SERIES X which is okay because the 4k60 With HDR is a flawless combination to have!
