Smart Functionality for apps inconsistent

It usually gives us errors messages when trying to access apps like Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu. Hulu is particularly the worse and we've tried clearing caches and uninstalling the apps, but nothing works. It doesn't do it all the time, but is definitely frustrating.

I set-up this particular TV on June 9, 2022. It was brand new and had all of the original packaging in place and intact. After setting up this TV, I was very impressed and happy with this purchase. I recommend this product to anyone who is comfortable with the Amazon Fire TV software.
