TV stopped coming on (Unplug / replug to reset)

Then it happen... We woke up one morning to turn it on and nothing!!! Long story short, we plugged it out and reconnected the tv. It worked again. Called Toshiba while on hold, the say "TV not coming on, try unplugging your TV and replugging" What? TV was 3 weeks old. Finally got connected to someone and they told me to call Amazon for a firmware upgrade since it was a Fire TV. Really? The next day it happened again. TV would not come on. Same thing. Called Amazon and told them what Toshiba said about the firmware, they said they we can't help me. I did not buy the TV from Amazon. Return the TV to Best Buy and got a Samsung. I will never buy Toshiba again. Such a shame the TV looked so good.

Could be better

Even though i am already logged on. At time i even have to disconnect the tv from the plug to get it work again. Very annoying

Not the greatest at streaming services and then will not even work to show your inputs, just a notification you have changed inputs a black screen.

Why Toshiba…. Why

TV sporatically requires to unplug and plug in to power on. Called Toshiba/HiSense and they told me I have to call Amazon to try a firware update (I'm already updated according to my tv) before they will send a technician
