Great TV, perfect size for the space I have. I was skeptical about FireTV as my experience with a FireStick a while back wasn't great, but this is easy to use and fairly fast.

All features make this TV a great purchase. The Dolby attributes make the TV movie and sport worthy! Fire TV is just an added value and Alexa is a great assistant.

While the TV itself is great, the Fire TV interface is one of the worst things I have ever had to deal with.
The menus regularly lag with it taking 2-3 seconds for the TV to register that you've pressed a button on the remote.
Attempting to use it's smart TV features is a nightmare and its better to use an external device like a Roku or an Xbox for things like Netflix and Youtube.
Luckily, I am mostly using this TV to play games and those consoles already have the media apps installed so I can avoid the awful Fire interface. If you are planning on using this JUST as a smart TV, then get something else to avoid the hassle.

Do not buy this TV if you are expecting Peacock to work like the other streaming apps. 4K, Dolby Vision, HDR, and Dolby Atmos don’t work and I talked to Peacock support in emails for a few weeks and they say it’s a performance issue with the app running at those higher resolutions and there is no timeline for a fix but they are in active contact with Amazon for a fix (mind you this tv has been out for 3 years so that means they are never going to fix it) The unfortunate thing for me is I’m out of the return warranty because I didn’t notice this until now I must have not watched anything in those higher resolutions when watching Peacock. I have never had this issue with one app not working like every other app does on a TV in my smart TV life. I know this is probably more of a Peacock issue and I’m kind of taking it out on the tv but it should be advertised that an app won’t function like you are expecting it to. I would have never of bought this tv if I would have known Peacock doesn’t function like every other app. I sadly cancelled Peacock due to this. The tv itself is pretty good for a budget tv.

Worst Television Ever

Television blacks out/fades to black screen in the middle of watching movies or shows. Closed caption is not accurate either appearing before dialogue or inaccurate information. Some apps will not launch at different times.

Bought this TV for our living room. The picture freezes daily and after about 2 weeks the HDMI ports quit working. Would not recomend.

TV was never delivered. Delivery team kept canceling the scheduled delivery without notice. Went to the store spoke to a mgr two days in a row. Item was canceled and refunded

Budget TV with too many little issues
Shuts off and voice stays on / tv apps take too long to populate/TV antena input has trouble connecting will take a few minutes to catch / menu takes forever to upload

Cant pair xfinity remote and no sound through the sound bar. Best Buy couldnt help, they referred me to Toshiba, called 2 days in a row with no help, still waiting for a supervisor to call me back.

I believe for the price this is the best tv right now. The picture quality is amazing, on sale now for $379 from $579. $200 off. The only thing about the tv is the hdmi is 2.0 but for the price i cant expect everything to be perfect. I would buy again if i have too.
